Obnoxious wait time on drinks.
Overpriced.
Food did not live up to the price.mine was delivered warm. Partners pizza was comparable to a frozen supermarket pizza. Realised next day I was also overcharged.staff were friendly that's about the only good point.

My daughter Joy brought me there with others for my 60th birthday tea. As there was five of us we were placed at one of your round seated tables even though the staff member could see i had a walking disability. We waited ages for a waiter and when she did come and take our drink order couldn't answer my brothers question. Then we waited ages for our meal. Then we waited ages again and gave up and paid and left. When my daughter booked it she told the staff member it was dor my 60th birthday and was told I would get a birthday Brownie, which never happened and when we arrived reminded the staff that it was for my 60th bday and it was as though she didn't care about it. Did not enjoy myself there one bit.

Took absolutely ages to get any service and when we did it took even more time to get our actual food. Had several waiters felt like there was no table allocation at all. Stuffed up myself and my partners' orders. Could you please put TP in the ladies' toilets partner and friend went and couldn't even go! Also interesting choice of music? Something I'd find in a club rather than a well established restaurant that I've heard many great things about. Poor poor performance.

Me and my partner went for steak night on the 12th of Feb and both out steaks were raw and take gave out plates out at different times then I had a hair in my potato's very disappointed to say the least

Collectively paid $800.00 for a buffet for 16 people that all up, was only 6 small plates containing salads, 2 types of meat and uncooked broccoli. Then the smallest brownies and cheesecakes for dessert. It was a MEGA rip off. For $50 a head I would have expected better. The only decent part of the experience was the waitress. Judging from other reviews 8lit seems separate meals would have been far, far better

Terrible.was turned away as they couldn't cope yet restaurant was more than half empty.rude service.when will restaurants learn that their ratings matter?

Bad atmosphere, slow and poor service. Got charged for a drink that never arrived. Used to be buzzing on a Tuesday night but its changed. Menu was out of date and were laminated, so tacky and doesnt take much to update your menu every season. Wont be returning

It was horrible we walked out the waitress stunk of BO.we will never visit there again.i rate it as a -5

Had a couple of platters out in the garden bar they were extremely disappointing and the tap beer Heineken beer for a glass over priced, I didn't enjoy the experience at all.

Been told for ages this place is good hadn't been here since early 2000s.service was amazing, food was average as.fairly disappointing.

So noisy by raucous fellow diners and metal ceiling.couldn't hear myself think much less eat.food okay but came out with headache.apparently known for being unbearably noisy.

Waited for 20 minutes to have my order taken and actually had to just tell a waitress my order as she was walking past. Another 30 minutes til my food came. What was meant to be a quick dessert stop but ended up being there for over an hour.
Although the food was good, the slack customer service ruined the experience for me.

Food was great. Table service was slow. Points for consistency on bringing me warm beer all night.

Not as amazing as I remember it. Super friendly staff though and the food was good, just not great.

Presentation of the food could be better and service needs to be better, had to go up to the bar each time we wanted to order something. Poor service

Love how they have great all you can eat desserts and ribs. A shame they dont have an allergy list as I am an anaplylatic. The waiter was amazing to ensure I could eat. Chef not so much lucky I had an understanding waiter. As a chef myself its actually lucky I know what I want.

Was ok, staff a little rude.when we asked for some garlic bread for the table then my main came out with veges that weren't on the menu.but nothing was said about it - I would have changed it.nice quiet garden bar so you could hear people which was nice

Great atmosphere but not very impressed with quality of the meal or service standards considering the price. A lot of room to work on especially they are located in heart of Hamilton city central surrounded by other competitors.

Nice place to go and have dinner, friendly staff etc. Chargrilled burger was not really what was expected.

The tray ordering system is self-explanatory, simple and fast!
The food was ok and the service was quick and friendly.
If there had been more visitors, it would have been a little cozier.
I was satisfied and would recommend it as such.
