I had a mixed experience. I did notice each time I’ve been there, they’ve been very busy and the customer service gets affected a little bit.

Not happy with food quality, very dry and old food. Taste less. I would not recommend any one to go for food or sweets.

One of the worst restaurant I have been to in my life. I have been there 2 times. Unfortunately, I had vomited both time even one time I had food poisoning. Don’t even try to go there ever.

This is what happens when Mithaiwala staff says “Trust me I will put good one’s for you”. And once you are home you find out they have got rid of their waste sweets; while you paid full price for it.
I think I should explore better options in Hamilton.

Great tasting pure vegetarian authentic traditional Indian food, snacks and sweets. I'd never go elsewhere.

It is an amazing place with mouth watering food and friendly staff. If you would like to have real authentic Indian delicacies and sweets it is a must visit place. They have an extensive menu no where to find. Food is always fresh and flavorful.it is a friendly place whether you are with your friends, family or loved ones. I recommend to all. 10/10.

I have been going to this place from last few years, It has gone into their low level with both their quality of food and service.
I visited last time order chole kulche, looked stale and didn’t taste good at all.
I was very disappointed but didn’t say anything.
Today, we ordered one kg paneer pakoda and it even didn’t taste like paneer pakoda.
No paneer at all, very salty and oily.
When we complained chef started arguing that he has 33 years experience and it can not taste bad.
He asked us to bring pakode and they will weigh and then will think about refund.
Very pathetic service and food.
0/5 for customer service and quality of food.
I want owner to look at their staff and their way of making cheap quality of food.

It is a very good restaurant. I love the food they make and also value for money. At Mithaiwala lot of different curries are available so please come and try.

Received very bad quality of service,
Ordered paneer pakode today, could bearly find paneer in them.
When we complained their chef started arguing, he seemed over confident.
They denied to give us refund by saying he has 33 years of experience and can not be taste bad.
Another major thing of that restaurant is no body following covid guidelines, staff was not wearing masks not even asking dine in customers for covid pass.
0/5 for their poor service.

This place exceeds my expectations everytime I visit. I am a foodie with a very specific requirement in taste and quality. The taste just excels here combined with friendly and very hospitable staff. This is the best authentic food place in Tron.

Brilliant food. Very casual dining spot but has a good range of vegetarian main dishes and lots of Indian sweets.best restaurent in newzealand.

If I had any other options, I would’ve give them less than one star. I ordered 4 Chole bhature at 6.10 and they said it will take 30 minutes to prepare. I went there after 45 minutes to collect my order. I waited 10 minutes looking all the staff they servings other people (someone even came after me) even though they saw me standing there. After 15 minutes standing there with no attention I asked them if it was ready or not. They said its all ready and pointed me to their payment counter. I was standing there another 10 minutes seeing the counter guy serving all the other people. Finally again I asked that guy if my order is ready or not? He said yes it is and asked the previous guy and he said ya its all ready. And he just walked away. I waited another 10 more minutes. And finally looking at those guys attending all the new people didn’t even show the manners saying what was happening with my order, when they said it will be ready in 30 minutes and now already more than one and half hour passed.
I never experienced these kind of worst customer service in my life.
I know it’s not gonna make any difference in putting my comments here. But hopefully if some of their owners see this and think about improving their staff attitude towards the customer, then It will be well appreciated.

Wow, food is amazing! If something tastes better than u expected so Mithaiwala is best place to have your food. I love going to Mithaiwala to satisfy my cravings for Indian food and each n every time it’s more delicious.

It was really bad to bought paneer pakora from here. Mistake can happen from anyone, but if we do something wrong we should accept it and try to make it right. But the chef did not want to do it.
