Sweet Painted Lady Cafe reviews
47A good local café, though the food are ok, the coffee was good. The staff members are friendly, even during their very busy time.
Great little cafe on the road trip home North. Nice jam donut with fresh cream and pepper steak pie
was good, hot and very flavourful, not oily. Will definitely make this cafe a spot to visit for refreshments again.
Food was quite normal, but I guess the cafe is overrated. Too much crowd and not managed very well. Not a very good customer service, had to wait long for the orders.
Lovely staff, but not good value for money. Cost $6.50 for a Cornish pastie with a minimum layer of meat, there was more pastry than meat. I expected a fat puffy one based on my experience of pasties and for a similar price.
Very warm and welcoming place. They make lovely coffee and take extra care to ensure that put the right amount of sugar that you have requested for at the time of billing. The sandwiches are are also very well made and fresh. Clean and a very well decorated washroom. I will stop there everytime I pass that place.
This lady is a little tired. They offered a Cornish pasty which reminded me of the uk and gained my attention. It wasn't great.
The cafe is simply superb, the stuffs we ordered tasted amazing. A special thanks to the staff team for providing a warmth environment.
Stopped because I saw homemade pies, YUMMY I said to my daughter. Got 2 steak and cheese pies
16 dollars, omg I said, how much does 1 pie cost lady ssid 8 dollars.
Never again. Never heard of a 8 dollar pie. Wasn't even that good for that price.
This was by far the most amazing pie shop we have ever been too. The pies were to die for and the donuts were dreamy. To make it even better the beautiful lady that owns the store was so kind and friendly. You know the kinds of people that just make you feel like your at home. I will 100% be going back.
Their pies are really good. Plenty of substance. I had a steak and vege and my partner had mince and cheese. Both were gone in 60 seconds. Well almost
I had THE best eggs bene ever there. The ratios of all the ingredients, simply perfect! I will definitely go back when passing by again.
Saw a sign'try our homemade pies' put a basic bacon and egg pie in a paper bag and was shocked when she charged me $8.must be the dearest bacon egg pie in the world.even have some egg shell in it.the pies are much better at Gull
They have a wide selection of very tasty desserts and pies for lunch. Espresso as well. Only negative I can think of is they don’t have their fly problem under control (maybe try some fly strips?) feb 2020.
Fairly slow service and most of the cold food in cabinets wrapped in plastic but 5 star milkshakes
Nice side of road local cafe. Hot pies, sandwiches, hot savory goods and sweets. Nice hot coffee
Sweet Painted Lady great place staff helpful, we called in following both my husband and I having surgical procedures and they were so helpful keep up the good work girls. And what's more the food is great.
Just ok really. Reasonable food but overpriced in my opinion. Seating, eating area was hot, open to a very busy main road and therefore is noisy, smelly with petrol and Diesel fumes and had cigarette smoke drifting in from outside smokers. So cannot honestly recommend this place.
Super super delicious toast, sweets and cafe! They are family owned and everything home made and so fresh. Ladies are really friendly, I love this cafe!
I thought it was not as good now since they have changed things around. Savoury scone tasted of flour
