Can not recommend this place enough. The grounds and building are beautiful, and the staff are incredible. We had such a lovely time having high tea, it is well worth it and such a treat. Not too far from Hamilton it is such a lovely place to visit, definitely give it a go, so much nicer in person than in pictures.

Made the mistake of walking in when the place was fully booked. Met with horrible sarcasm. I was asked, "Did you see the sign outside" and, "What do you think that means? ". It means I won't be back. Politeness costs nothing.

Nice food. Wide selection of teas. They had wine too for people who want it. Pretty place with many things around the walls to look at. Antique cameras, plates, cups, tins, items for sale. Antique stuff in general. Out door area was really cool. 2 games. Huge chessboard and something else. Bring a camera if you have a 1 year old-16 months walking baby-toddler as photos by the chest pieces would be super cute. I do recommend coming. Start off with 3 tier holding miniature savories and end with 3 tier stand of sweets. I felt fill. Look on line to see if they are any coupons. Little girl birthday parties are held here. Perfect setting for a bridal or new moms party. I was taken here for my birthday, thanks to my moms partner for shouting mom and me out.

I booked the place for a high tea birthday, it was very col on arriving room was cold heating on but still cold. A family member went to use cutlery it was dirty another's plate was dirty, spoke to own and staff got the blame. Soon paying I had to pay for 2 people who didn't make it I was not told this when booking the place. One of the staff bring the food looked like she didnt want to be there her face said it all.

Unique setting, in the countryside. Quiet and peaceful. Included is a room for private occasions e.g. Children's birthday party.

The Old Creamery is great place for a spot of Brunch or Lunch. Beautiful countryside setting the grounds are beautiful with a giant Chess and Draughts set. The menu is quite large so plenty to choose from. Food is delicious and the have a really cool gift shop that's worth a look.

I have been coming here for years and recommend the the Old Creamery to all, if only for a cuppa and a scone or a meal or for a group booking for high tea.

Great coffee, friendly service, plenty of room, and best of all: homegrown flowers. Recommended for relaxed family morning or afternoon tea, or lunch.

Not very impressed with service and cakes etc which were supermarket bought. Sandwiches were thinly spread with cream cheese and very thin slices of cucumber etc

Bacon and banana pancakes with syrup.yum, there was a gluten free/vegan option on the menu, and soy milk available for my coffee. The shop had a quality range of China, textiles, handcrafts and more. The gardens are well kept with lots of small "outdoor rooms" for small groups. The old, and retro teapots and teacups on display make for a visually appealing "high tea. " Can't wait to visit again

Lovely venue. Quaint, eclectic collection of nic naks and china ware. Food was well presented, fresh and tasty. Outdoor area was a balm to the senses.

Great food in a great setting. I visited when it was raining but still appreciated the outside seating. On a sunny day it would be stunning. Lamb shank I had was outstanding. Mashed potatoes with it were creamy and also exceptional. Service was friendly and I saw staff walking visitors to their cars with umbrellas!
