Cafe Villa reviews
41 Only had a long black this visit but very good coffee fast friendly service
Food in the counter looked delicious
This is my local go to for their amazing Lambs Fry. If you want to try the best liver, onions and bacon in a cream sauce, come to Cafe Villa.
If you have arrived too early for your appointment at Bowen Medical [traffic not as heavy as you feared] then this is a lovely place for coffee and something to eat. We really enjoyed the hour we spent there - easy parking if you drive down the lane next to the cafe. I am looking forward to next time.
We love it there is one of our favourites cafes to go breakfast, even though we live a bit far away.
We stopped in for a couple of toasted sandwiches and a cuppa. They didn't have any pineapple so my preferred sandwich filling choices weren't available. Obviously some confusion between serving and kitchen staff as I didn't get one of the fillings my wife ordered for me; which, ended up being in her sandwich - no drama. Mostly young, courteous staff when we visited. Young server promised they would have pineapple next time I visit.
Just had a very yummy lunch here. Good coffee and great friendly staff. Definitely recommend
Lovely staff! Delivered me a coffee to the health clinic carpark because I had a broken ankle, service with a smile and a sense of humour:) thanks so much cafe villa
Used to eat here many years ago, the food has always been very good as it was today. The staff are fun and friendly. The cafe seemed familiar as the decor is the same as in 1998! The latte was excellent as was the smashed Avocado on toast.
Just your regular suburban cafe. Good location but cabinet food a little lacking (no real salads when I went). Coffee wasn’t that hot.
Family owned and run, very nice smooth coofee, great cheese scones. Has a very good selection of brunch and lunch options. Nice sunny balcony out the back. As its a popular spot it can get very busy. Relaxing and homley vibes.
Today my 15month old grandson and I had a awesome time at this Cafe, the staff were super friendly, the food and coffee fantastic. Thanks guys for entertaining and being so kind to my grandson
Family orientated cafe with outside seatings, cheerful environment. Has big car park below/behind cafe tho steep walk back up to cafe with safety in mind as same drive way inwards and outwards for cars. Didn't see wheelchair access. Waited 10 mins for takeout coffee, which tasted just ok. No other cafe nearby.
Excellent place to eat. Will go there again. Just a small suggestion. When the place in full of diners it's quite noisy, so the background music is probably not necessary.
Called in there for a second time used the parking spaces behind the cafe good service with toasted sandwich with coffee. Good to get back to Ngaio where I grew up.
The order was mediocre at best but the service was poor and attitudes appalling particularly from the senior managers/owners. It's the only cafe in the area but if you drive just a few minutes to the adjacent neighbourhood, there are more decent cafes with tasty food, and real hospitality which is what cafes are also about. Don't get your day ruined with the place that leaves a lot to be desired.
(not so) Hidden gem in Ngaio. Great tasting coffee and delicious food. Parking lot out back if you take driveway besides the shop. Can get busy at around lunch times so it is best to come in off hours.
A good cafe.
Not amazing but I get the feeling you will not get food poisoning here.
Menu ok.
Chips good.
Been going here in and off for years. The food is consistently of high standard as is the service. The young guy makes the best coffees. All staff are polite and offer professional friendly service. Warren the owner, well he must be doing a few things right! Well done!
Friendly staff, convenient location, great selection of food. The meal was ok, but nothing special, a bit of burnt things here and there, coffee was a bit too bitter, and the price is high.
