Circus Cinema Restaurant Bar reviews
49Food was delish, service was great and we had a glass of wine and an ice cream while watching Oppenheimer - great experience all round
Owner treats staff horribly. Was coming out of the movie theatre and watched him shove and raise his voice at one of his teenage staff.
Waited 30 minute drive be served and still didn’t see anyone. No drink order or food. Very disappointing that there was only one person doing both cinema and restaurant.
Excellent local cinema showing new movies and classics. Wide variety of movies. Also restaurant and bar services. Drinks expensive.
Do not go here if u r mobility impaired. The mobility toilets are blocked by tables and chairs. When u ask staff why they are not wheelchair friendly, u will b told that u r welcome to go elsewhere and have a middle finger held up to you. Despicable. I guess, differently abled people are not welcome in martinborough, consider spending your money in a more inclusive town
Great local theatre, option to have food and drinks delivered to you during movie. Nice comfy chairs
Great atmosphere with very friendly efficient staff. Chef's to be congratulated for providing really yummy food. Thanks for a magic evening
Wanted a wine and a bite to eat pre movie, told where to sit and someone will come to serve us. Didn’t happen. Asked a server for a wine and got a menu handed to us and then the server chose to ignore us. We had to go to the bar to get a wine and fave up on the food idea. The only plus was the movie experience. I would suggest some structure in table service or delegate sections to serve.
Nice & cosy little place. Open fire on cold evenings in winter. Pizzas are delicious. Two small comfortable theatres.
The ultimate cinema and dining. Go just for the meal or a drink. But the cinema experience is the best. They'll deliver anything from the menu to you!
Good choice of movies in local setting. Restaurant on same site to fit in with movies. Good evening out or take the kids for afternoon.
Love this cinema. Always go there when over the hill. Nice, cozy, with a glass of local wine. Perfect
Really lovely food, and great atmosphere.
We did wait awhile before our order was taken as it was very busy, however the food made up for the asit.
Busy place, and minimal staff meant the movies had started before we had finished dining. Food was great, and very well priced. Staff very polite, as I felt they too were pushed for time. Great movie experience over all, and the atmosphere would suit a not-so-rushed meal. AAAA+
Superbly friendly and helpful I getting us fed with yummy meals and still into our film on time! Fabulous cinema with great sound!
Amazing hidden gem down the side street, worth a visit if you're ever in martinborough, great ambiance
Really loved it. A great place for a wintry night. Food was delicious, wine was perfect, vibe was great. I really enjoyed the whole package of taking in a film whilst enjoying a jolly good pinot with some nibbles and then enjoying a meal after.

We had a meal here tonight and there was a piece of meat in my vegan lentil curry! This can be an understandable mistake, but instead of apologizing they chose to tell me there was no meat in the dish and still charged us. Brought down what had been until then an enjoyable movie and meal.
