Lovely helpful staff. Great coffee and the club sandwiches are the BEST I’ve ever had. Yummy cabinet food. Homemade delicious savouries and pies. Sadly only get food to go as I stop here on my way travelling north, without fail.

Had the most amazing home made steak and mushroom pie at Dish today highly recommended will be back very soon

Great food, awesome $4 coffee, sweet and easy going staff, attentive cooks, good Wifi. What else should we ask for? Oh, and they even have unisex bathrooms!

Enjoy Dish, tho can be too noisey and difficult to talk with friends.
Always happy to order the seafood chowder in the cooler weather. Service is great and food good.

Tonight my husband and I thought we would go to Dish in Lansdowne for dinner as we've never been there, the waitress that greeted us was polite and accommodating even though we didn't have a booking we were shown to a table she brought water, cutlery and a menu, other diners came in after us. After 15 minutes she came and took our order, and about 15/20 minutes later she brought out our entree (garlic bread) which was a little over done but still edible. While we were waiting for our food we got a call to work as we were on call, we had already been at the restaurant about half an hour before my husband went to do the job. I waited at the restaurant for our meal. While I was waiting I could see other diners that came after us getting their meals and a couple of those meals were exactly what we had ordered after 45 minutes my husband had returned it was only then that the waitress came up to us and said sorry the chef is just cooking your meal now all the other diners were looking at us I was so embarassed I felt we were left till last because the staff didn't trust us or weren't sure if we would pay. From the time we ordered to when we received our food was almost 2 hours. Because of what we experienced tonight we will not be recommending this place to our customers, family or friends.

Day outside in the sun. Gorgeous! Omelette was super tasty, and food presented beautifully, the chunky fries were a hit for the whole group, and the Caesar Salad guru at the table said it was the best he'd had! Brilliant service even though they were busy. Easy to understand why this place is popular.

Great, friendly service. Excellent chai latte and possibly the best caesar salad I've ever had. Fabulous french fries that I stole from one of my fellow diners. I'd go back any time.

Came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Speedy service and amazing coffee! And the food was amazing and great value. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!

Dropped by for a quick and very late lunch. There was still plenty of choice, and my sandwich was ridiculously fresh. Bonus: Mojo Coffee - perfect temperature and flawlessly made - soothes my heart which is missing Wellington so much. I will be back often

A cosy cafe just out of the main town, with plenty of parking. Nice sunny frontage with outdoor seating. Coffee is good and still at a sensible price. Avoid the crowds, and come relax at Dish cafē.

How proud these guys must be for excellent customer service whether you are a local or not.
The meals were filling to the brim and some. Mojo coffee an added bonus. A doggie bag available at request.
Affordability was significantly excellent.
$20 for any one of our meals that you would pay more elsewhere.
The ingredients were tasty, well balanced and although I wanted more my belly said no.
Very very friendly staff, no sad faces in this place.

Good food, Quaint little cafe, pleasant atmosphere. Love going there. Have a standing appointment there every Sunday. Meet other regulars there. Staff know their customers and know how I like coffee without me having to repeat my order every week. Cafe is clean and well kept. There are even the odd quiz night to raise funds for charities.

Caramel Latte was yummy. So was the Carrot Cake. Very nice atmosphere. Staff were lovely and friendly. Was reccomend by friends to come here so would Highly recommend to others A+

Great meal. I had the steak sandwich which was so perfectly cooked and my wife had Eggs Benedict which she loved. Great service and lovely venue. Well done.

Dish is now our go-to cafe in Masterton- we travel 65ks from home just to visit this cafe:) Always warmly greeted by Owner and his staff are helpful and friendly. Flat-whites exceptional. Really enjoy your g/f toasted sandwiches. Calm and relaxing atmosphere

Nice retro setting, great service, nice varied food selection, some gluten free. Very enjoyable! You won't be disappointed
