Omg what can I say! Boom absolutely fantastic, from the awesome staff whom were really good at there job and beyond omg and now the food honestly if you are looking for a great restaurant, awesome atmosphere with lovely food look no further this is the restaurant, great value for money A+

Don't ever order the beef or lamb skewers. This restaurant is so tight. They only put 2 pieces of meat on the skewers. I paid $21 for this.

Nice place to go and eat. The place isn't too noisy so you can chat while you eat. Good food. We were given bonus ice cream too.

Food was great! Service was a hit and miss. They gave us food we didn't order twice within the hour. The table needed a wipe before we were seated. Overall experience was average. Could have been cleaner with regards to the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Worst dining experience ever. The floor is so dirty covered by crumb. Wall, seat and table are so greasy and covered by sauce. Poor customer service as the waitress just randomly come up to us and say “ what do you want “ while we were eating and gave us grumpy face.

Food is awesome, especially the hot pot. Definitely styled more towards the 'BYO crowd' especially on the weekends.

They did not ask for the vaccine pass. Very lax on masks. Filthy place, old dried blood in the toilets, broken seats.
Grime everywhere.
Substandard food.

CANNOT HAVE HOTPOT NOT FOR ONE PERSON GIVEN THE REASON OF CANNOT EARN MONEY FOR ONE PERSON. TOTALLY HILARIOUS. NEVER GIVEN ANY ONE STAR REVIEW, CONGRATULATIONS WELL DONE!

This is a place I usually enjoy the Chilli fish dish however this time unfortunately the Karaoke was on too late for our party and we decided to do something else.

Been multiple times and always been good
Tonight black pepper beef was sweet and bland, had to ask for salt and pepper to give it some kind of taste

Wonderfull experience and great food. When arriving there was a muck up with our table booking and we were un booked for the night but the staff were rely helpfull at rebooking us in and getting us sorted also providing a discount for the inconvenience.

Lovely food but insane noise levels by other tables makes Red Hill to be avoided Friday and Saturday. Can't management tell the noise makers to quieten down a bit? 2 really noisy tables ruins the evening for the rest of the diners, not just our table. Update.they've now added Karaoke so enjoy yourself!

This place is hands - down outstanding. I've been eating here for 10 years. They do they nicest cheapist hot pot in Welly and the menu food is actually even better. You can banquet, you can stuff yourself with hot-pot prawns, you can karaoke, you can enjoy the lovely service and the menu items are absolutely delicious. The staff can 100% guide your choices. Will be eating here as long as I'm in this city. Thanks Redhill️

Our food turned up and it was so cold uneatable I rung and was told not my fault its the driver we have been here a number if times will never return very bad customer service and the food was average

Orange Tofu and salt & pepper tofu were delicious! Would recommend and will be going back again soon

That spicy soup is fantastic. The page could use a makeover, but that's easily ignorable for very tasty hotpot, fresh produce, can't fault the food at all.

Tired their lunch menu and hotpot. Dishes all taste amazing but sometimes not very fresh. You will enjoy the hotpot the volume if you don’t come with a high expectation on the taste. Try to order enough food during the first few rounds as the dishes are served more and more slowly after,

They kept bringing meat the whole time, the hotpot is a very interesting experience. Jason was our waiter, very helpful and patiently explaining what everything was and coming back to check how we were doing.

Fantastic little place. Don’t let the appearance outside deceive you. This is not just a little cafe. This is also an amazing restaurant with fantastic food and drinks, and the service was exceptional. Great hearty food and a lovely atmosphere. We will be back!
