Tripoli Bistro

The waitress doing dishes was almost throwing the knives and forks into the metal baskets making so much noise we couldn't hear ourselves. The foul language and banter amongst staff was completely inappropriate for dining customers to put up with. The menu is limited unless you like pizza and it doesn't include a lot to cater for those of us with food allergies (even the common ones). Very disappointing. Won't be back.

Fantastic service tonight. A young man who may be new at the restaurant was beyond professional and efficient. Great ambiance and great food! Highly recommend!

The quality of service at Tripoli is unreal! Called in tonight for a cuppa and a cookie and they were super, super busy! Fully booked out for a massive function. Didn't stop the very busy, very friendly staff from coming over to check how I was, and ask if there was anything else I might like. This is why I keep coming back to Tripoli!

So far we have been going around the cafes in Masterton and Tripoli Bistro was 5 star across the board.we were not judged for being dressed super relaxed and the instant happy greeting as you walked in really made it!
The food was awesome and very well priced aswell, will most certainly be a repeat visit.

Best restaurant in Masterton. Great food, varied menu. Staff friendly and provide excellent service. Eaten here 3 times in last 2 months and really enjoyed our meals.

We dined while it was completely booked out so wasnt as relaxing as hoped and we were seated by the door so everytime others walked in & out it was freezing.

My partner and I went the night before my birthday and it was awesome! Flat bread and dips were great, yummy interesting dips and they do not stinge you on the bread! I had the carbonara which amazing and velvety and my partner went crazy for his lamb shank! Definitely returning on our next trip over the hill

Excellent service, great pizzas, friendly efficient staff but totally ignoring spacing and contact traceing whilst in level 2. June 3rd
40 people in there. Good to see they have returned to their old ways but a touch early.

Went to have drinks and saw some live music with friends. Quality entertainment and an awesome night

Have just arrived after a trip from upper hutt. This will be our new place.the staff are awsome very friendly and welcoming. The place its self is very cosy, a fabulous day helps. Great start to a 3 day weekend.and the food is fabulous.defo our new place in Masterton

Excellent food, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. What more could you ask for? Oh and it's in the Entertainment Book which is why we chose it over anywhere else! 10/10

Food can be hit and miss but service is always really great.good people watching place.kumara croquettes very yummy

The steak had a huge peice of grissole through it, not a good cut at all. Theres better cuts avalible from countdown
The terakihi was tough a and dry. Well over cooked. Just about uneatable really. The waitresses were good and attentive but I wouldnt bother going back. Theres much better options for a good steak in Masterton.

It's a long time since we have had hospitality this welcoming. The staff were excellent towards my grandparents and out little one as well, sitting us right in a warm cozy spot. The food was great as well.

Great atmosphere great service with friendly staff. Excellent selection of delicious foods would highly recommend Tripoli to everyone.
