Regency Plumbers remodeled my bathroom, and I was thrilled with the result. I found the whole process was seamless as the team were professional, approachable and reliable.

Two young drivers were in the company vehicle at McDonald drive through cue. The van was right behind my car leaving about an inch distance between two vehicles. This is not what your company want to be viewed by the public. Just made me feel uncomfortable, threatened with possible damage and offended. Hope you educate your employees on responsibility, respect and integrity.

Had a quote booked. On the morning got a call to say they were very busy and could they reschedule for two days time. That was fine, however on that day they never showed up or called. Don't know about the quality of their work but their customer service wasn't good. Went with another company that did show up.

Getting bathroom reno at this very moment! Extractor fan has been replaced in kitchen. Very happy with workmanship. Shaun is keeping us well informed of each days work. Shaun and his team are efficient, friendly and courteous. Can't wait to see the finish!

Regan said the job would take about 6 weeks and he was spot on. Everything went like clockwork. We had around 20 tradespeople working on it over that period (through an atmospheric river and a hurricane.). They were all polite, very considerate, hard-working and professional. Not only did they keep us well informed but they also cleaned up as they went. We could not have asked for a better crew. We are very pleased with the end result.
We really liked working with Kyle Brown - he's a great communicator, and we felt very comfortable leaving the organisation of this project in his hands. Our project was one small bathroom, but we always felt that we were being treated as valued clients. We were particularly appreciative that when issues arose, Kyle and his team found solutions - they found ways to say "yes" rather than "yeahhhh.nah. " We unreservedly recommend Regency to anyone planning bathroom renovations.

It is now nearly one year since my complete bathroom renovation and I still love it - it is amazing how much can fit into a small space. All the people involved, including Shaun, Tama, Richard, May's tiler and the others whose names I have forgotten did a fabulous job to create the perfect bathroom for me with everything I wanted in it.

I will use them again any time.

The plumber, Tim, arrived on time and was very helpful in finding out why there were water noises in a wall cavity in my apartment. A difficult task but he discussed it and we came up with a plan. He also checked the drainage in my shower that is very slow. I was listened to and I appreciated the feedback and advice.

The company reception when I rang in a panic - it being three days off Xmas - was very helpful and Regency Plumbing sent the plumber early the next morning. This was all a really good experience and service was excellent. Big recommendation from me!

I have used this company to install a gas fireplace from its start to its finish.
They have a range of gas fireplaces and provided different design options to build into your existing house.
The service was great. Everyone was polite and on time. Good communication. All steps of installation were explained. The gas fireplace looks amazing. It wasn’t the cheapest exercise to buy and install it. However, nothing is cheap these days. The enjoyment of the gas fireplace is worth it. I would highly recommend THEIR gas fireplace ranges and installation services.

Highly recommended. Beyond many plumbing jobs at our rental properties, they rennovated two bathrooms and project managed a new kitchen installation in our home while we were overseas. Everything done exactly as spec'd, on budget and time.

advertise on radio 24/7. Rang for quote, cancelled twice. Obviously didn't want job, and over quoted, Thanks Shaun for wasting our time. Maybe might help if you listen to your customer needs and not design what you want! A tiny ensuite, as much as brand new kitchen, really? Found 37k unreasonable when a full new kitchen was 35k! This wasn't even a full bathroom but ensuite! No, you can't please everyone, but people are entitled to a balanced opinion and can judge themselves. Isnt that why we have reviews?

Just wanted to thank the entire Regency Plumbing team for renovation of our bathrooms from dull and dated to the bright, light & white, sparkling modern rooms we now have. From the initial phone call and site visit through to completion we have been impressed by the great ideas, communication and workmanship. It has been especially difficult in this current time of delays for product supply, but overall, we were kept informed and work was carried out as soon as products became available. We are loving the look of the new bathrooms, the tiling looks smart, and the vanities are wonderful with their big deep drawers and love the handy little rubbish bin inside the cupboard doors. Those LED mirrors are just gorgeous and highly efficient at remaining mist-free. Special thanks to everyone involved in our project and we are so appreciative of the gift we received. Thank you.
