We first engaged the team at Regency to renovate our ensuite. We found them to be extremely professional, provided great advice, communicated well through the whole process and we were very happy with the end result. They do more than just the plumbing - they provided some fantastic suggestions which improved the outcome of the whole project - the vertical heated towel rails look great and are very effective in a confined space.
Recently we've had them renovate our main bathroom - once again a fantastic outcome. Regan, Pete and Kyle and their teams did a great job and managed some challenging timeframes extremely well.

We had Regency restyle and in some instances repair our bathroom and ensuite.
What a lovely job they did, we are extremely pleased with the outcome.
Shaun and all the associated staff were friendly and professional.
We were very comfortable having them in our home.
We were gently guided into making great choices which we really appreciated.

I have never done a major (or even an minor) renovation before and so this was a scary and expensive process for me.
From the beginning Regency Plumbers made the process easy and comfortable.
All my questions were answered and I was confident that they had listened to what I wanted and that it would happen on time and on budget.
At Level 4, lock down stopped work for four weeks but Regency Plumbing organised alternative showering facilities for the duration, at their expense.
As soon as we were at level 3, they re-started my renovation and completed it with speed and accuracy.
Their attention to detail towards the end of my renovation was brilliant - poor Shaun must have been sick of my numerous texts but he never complained!
Those final details matter to me because they pull together the whole look. While not expensive in themselves, they are still important. Regency Plumbing understood this.
Communication was great throughout the process and none of my fears about making expensive mistakes occurred.
When I added extra detail to the renovation partway through (painting the separate toilet area a matching colour, for example), they re-quoted and added this to the To Do List, no problem.
This flexibility for a newbie like myself, was fantastic.
Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
While my renovation was probably chickenfeed compared to the big jobs they get, I always felt important and that my renovation mattered to them.
I ADORE my new beautiful bathroom and I send up a little message of thanks to Regency Plumbing every time I cross the threshold.
Not sure how long that will last but I know that the love of my new bathroom will continue for a very long time.

I had my kitchen sink mixer replaced this morning. I was happy to pay the agreed call out fee plus GST. I got charged additional $10 + GST on top for the consumables (tissues and sanitiser} which was never mentioned to me when i booked the job. When i enquired the customer service person said it was mentioned to me and she cannot authorise a refund. The accounts person said its the company policy and said sorry. I am not seeking a refund, its about the values.

My "family fixit" job needed a professional with the right tools. Go James from Regency Plumbing! Sorry guys, im a bit dreamy when it comes to paying bills. No problem, all good.

The renovation of our new bathroom is now completed after being halted in level 4 lockdown. Pete kept in touch over that 5 week period, checking in to see how we were going particularly with the port-a-shower and did we have enough gas! This was very much appreciated as was the commitment to finish the job once we moved to level 3.

Kyle & the subcontractors were great. Everyone turned up on time and nothing was a problem when we had questions or issues.

The bathroom looks fantastic and is exactly what we hoped it would be.

We would highly recommend Regency Plumbing to anyone who is wanting their bathroom renovated.

Professional and friendly staff and owners - Kyle, Pete and Regan, responsive, no cost overruns for a shower replacement job. A couple of misunderstandings were promptly and professionally cleared up despite me losing my cool unnecessarily. Good bunch of people.

We had a leaking hot water cylinder after hours and Regency Plumbing answered the call promptly, assessed the situation and sent a plumber quickly. Tama contacted us before arriving, to offer help over the phone immediately. He arrived promptly and stopped the leak for the night. He was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. The following day the company sent Griffin to reconnect the hot water cylinder. Again, he quickly assessed what was required and worked solidly to get the job done. Griffin was friendly, polite and efficient. He happily gave me advice on future jobs at our home. I would not hesitate to use Regency Plumbing in the future.

We had Regency Plumbing do a complete bathroom design and remodel. It was a rewarding experience from the first contact. The reasonable quotation, redesign via Regan and prompt start procedure was a exemplary process. We were kept up to speed during the whole job and the end result was above and beyond what we expected. A new bathroom is a major operation and Regency Plumbing with skill have made this bathroom a showpiece. The sparkling new shower, tiles, vanity and toilet system were cleverly positioned and has added more space. The job was completed on time and today with shortages in appliances, fittings etc is no mean feat. The fact is we are chuffed.

We'd like to say a huge thanks to all the Team at Regency Plumbing for the fantastic job they did in re-modelling our 3 bathrooms. Great service and communication right from the beginning and nothing was too big a problem for them. We appreciated the effort they went too minimise the disruption and mess. All the tradies they used were top class, friendly and approachable. We love our new bathrooms and would highly recommend Regency Plumbing to anyone planning a renovation project- these guys really know what they are doing!

Just thought I’d pass on how amazing and easy it’s been to deal with you guys. Able to squeeze us in a couple of days after calling, plumber was on time (literally on the dot!) and he got it done so quickly, efficiently and properly. The service from every area of the business is amazing.
