I'd like to say a massive thanks to Tama at Regency Plumbing for helping me with a terrible roof leak on the weekend. Tama attended a job at my house on Saturday - he arrived within half an hour of me contacting the office. I was really stressed about the issue but Tama was brilliant. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and went straight up on the roof to investigate. He did a fantastic job fixing the leak and I'm very happy to say that I've had no rain come in since - which is a huge relief! Tama was an absolute pleasure to deal with and even offered to come straight back if the leak happened again. I have already recommended him to my friends and family. Thanks again Tama, you're a star!

"Do Not Use". False Advertisement in the Yellow Pages.
"We always answer the Phone and we'll get your problem fixed fast".
Answer Service answers and no one Calls Back. I followed up with the Actual Office as to Poor Service and they weren't concerned or interested. 2 week wait for them to attend to any Jobs so obviously not interested in New Residential Business.

As per your request I have Reviewed my Review. Not that I needed to as my experience was factual and well considered on my part.
I can see attention to detail still isn't your Forte.
It's not additional Staff you need, it's following up with the Staff you have, eg.your Messaging Service as to why your potential customers aren't getting call-backs or if the messages are being passed on therefore my assumption is correct about your Company's Culture. My Constructive Criticism is falling on your Deaf Ears. Answering a telephone and responding couldn't be more Covid Friendly so I wouldn't have played that card.
I've reviewed the Rating I've given your Company and can only still give you a 1 for the call being connected and because there isn't an option for a lower Rating.
Your assumption re obtaining a Plumber on the other hand is totally Incorrect. 4 Stars go out to the Plumber I engaged for Booking my Job in a timely Manner, keeping me updated on the Plumbers Arrival times, listening to my requirements and following through with what they said they were going to do, and even when they got it wrong, they made sure they rectified it immediately. Very Professional and know how to run a Business from the Receptionist to the Plumber to the Accounts Department. I am not naming them as I do not wish them to be associated with Your Companies Complaint and I also do not wish them to become inundated with work they may not also be able to cope with, as I may wish to use them again in the future.
It is remarkable you were able to respond to my review within 1 hour of my posting it and yet your Company were unable to respond to my initial Call at all.
You're right, it is frustrating when one can no longer rely on the Yellow Pages Advertisements, a Tool which I appreciate, when Company's bring it also into Disrepute and I have also heard your Radio Advertisements in the past. Advertising obviously works unfortunately Bad Business Practice lets it down.
Your Apology would have been accepted had it not gone on to deflect from the point and I also sensed an undertone of Bullying to change my Review.

I had Regency Plumbing complete a full bathroom renovation. New shower new vanity all new down lights and full tiles on the floor and walls. It looks amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who else is after a bathroom renovation

Regency plumbing replaced my old hot water cylinder with a continuous flow LPG hot water system. The team showed up on time, installed the system as per the quote. The team were friendly and i felt more than comfortable having them in my home. I will be using them in the future when i remodel my laundry. Highly recommend this team to anyone needing a plumber or gas fitter.

We used Regency Plumbing on our recent bathroom renovation.
From the office staff through to the tradesmen on site we found Regency very professional, reliable, informative and they produced a fantastic new bathroom.

Have used these guys a couple of times but not again. Actual service work was good but their customer service was really shoddy when I raised an issue around the installation. Chased them for months and never got a reasonable conclusion. Apparently, so I was told, it was my misunderstanding, and not them, all along. They could do alot better with a change of attitude by operations. For regular plumbing work they are expensive.
