My property manager Jacqui is awesome. Whenever I've had a problem or need, she's always quick to respond and always checks back with me to make sure that I'm satisfied. There's also been a few times where Jacqui has lended a shoulder and an ear when she's seen me and my girls and has actually felt more like family as we've gotten to know eachother. She's one of those property managers you look forward to seeing and hearing from.

Ive been with 360 property management for almost 3 years and never feel disappointed about them. They really care about their customers and support us with their kindness. Definitely suggest for property management.

I would also like to commend Listing Agent Nikita for her exceptional work. She was proactive, communicative, and diligent in marketing my property. Evana has truly been an amazing property manager. Not only did she respond promptly and take quick actions to resolve issues, but she also supported me as a homeowner through a stressful financial period. She dedicated her weekends to showing tenants around the potential houses and eventually helped the tenants in finding their next home during this tumultuous time of a tight rental market. This allowed us to vacate the place for selling. I genuinely appreciate all her help and empathy, and fast forward to the present, the home has been successfully sold, and couldn't have been possible without Evana's early perseverance and consistent support in helping me reclaim the property. She's a star.

Have had two properties with 360 for three years. They provide a no-fuss service and make sure that the quality of the rentals is kept up. I have confidence that they will tell me about an issues, and I don't have to think about tenants as I know that everything is covered.

I can’t thank gabby and tito enough for helping me and my family make the transition from Australian to New Zealand an easy stress free experience, thanks to them I was able to secure a rental for my family and myself before we landed, their communication was amazing from day one of submitting my application, and till this day if I ever need anything or have any questions gabby replies in a heartbeat, im so thankful to be under 360 property management.

They have been the most genuine, understanding and supportive case managers since we stayed in their property.
