360 Property Management

We have been renting a property managed by 360 for about 1 year and a half now and we have had a few issues (as it is normal to happen on any property), however, our prop manager (Siobhan) has always provided us with a fast and efficient response to solve whatever problem came up. I would also recommend 360 from a landlord perspective, I can see how dedicated they are to ensure the property is in good hands and well-maintained.

Absolutely outstanding service from the start. The team helped me find 2 sets of tenants, made all arrangements, ironed out some issues, organised some reports and resolved some unforeseen issues. Thorough inspections. Communication is fantastic. Lisa has been absolute GOLD. Cannot recommend highly enough.

As property managers the 360 crew have kept ahead of issues throughout lockdowns, so that they don't become massive. They managed to get a new bathroom built in one of our units in two weeks in the middle of a nationwide shortage of tradies and materials. Highly recommended.

In particular we found dealing with Jacque O’Connor (Leasing Agent) a pleasure as she is obviously very experienced with a positive, can-do attitude…. A great communicator (a must for us) who identified a quality tenant very quickly! Tito Tito, (Property Manager), also a great communicator with excellent people skills whose philosophy is: 'you own the property, I own the hassles' (what more do you want). Tito organised things quick smart & covered off everything we needed to know; nothing was a problem & he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. 360 Property Management have integrity & we highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Dhyana Marumaru who was our agent in the Manukau office. Always communicated well and in a timely manner, very thorough and clear with her instructions. She was not judgmental and treated us with respect throughout our Tenancy Agreement.

My property Property Manager, Natasha and the General Manager of Ray White 360 Property Management Manukau, Jessica, have always been very helpful, professional and quick at replying to my emails and attending to any queries etc. They are very easy to deal with.

Within reason nothing is too much trouble and most things get done without asking. We have a great relationship with Moana who is always very reasonable and helpful.
