I am very much satisfied with 360 Property management especially their communication process, contacting their tenants at the earliest for inspection or other changes that might occur to their tenancy contract.

She is professional and has respect for us as tenants working in with us and we in return respect her and the team at 360 Property Management. We rented a home in manukau through another rental agency - the house was given to us in bad shape - our experience was a horror. Just when we thought of moving out - we were advised 360 property management took over. We received an exceptionally fantastic service of 360 property management through their property manager Dhyana - We were heard, and prompt service was provided. Definitely her service deserves a10 star rating.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jacque and it was an absolute pleasure at that! She was kind, caring, proactive and I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done!

Took extra time to arrange viewing especially on weekends when others always refuse due to weekend but these guys understand your needs and wants and cooperate with situation. ABOVE WAS MY EXPERIENCE BEFORE JOINING THEM NOW READ AFTER: -

I am glad with this house I got on rent due to my personal issues I am facing really hard time: -

* Originally I was offered for 6 months contract but I asked for 12 months now my job location has been changed and I need to travel 75 Km's every day for my work. When I requested if they can help me so I can move closer to work my property manager is advising to pay 1 week rent + gst and pay rent till they find someone. Guess what my contract is due to finish in April just because of 3 months I have to pay if I decide to leave what a shame who is going to pay in April to relist because I am not going to continue.

* Our neighbors advised please install blinds in your one washroom because it's visible from outside and we requested them since August last year and till today it hasn't been actioned and it cost only $20.00 we can install but we are not allowed to.

So think before you choose this management because they don't understand your situation and only wants to make money.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Adam and the team for many years. My tenants and myself have always been treated with the greatest respect.
The property manager have done a professional job and I would recommend them to everyone
