Couldn't fault our experience! From arriving to a free unasked-for room upgrade, to the excellent reception staff and great room service - amazing all round!

Everyone from the reception desk to the room service were polite, friendly and made us comfortable. Savitha had this smile every morning as we came down for our breakfast. Personal & friendly. Loved every aspect of your hospitality and top notch service.

Had a great stay at Airedale Boutique Hotels - allowed us to check in nice and early (11ish) to a clean, practical but luxurious feeling room. Had a great selection of hot drinks in the room. The amenities were great, comfortable bed, 2 TVs, good lighting. Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Auckland.

This was an awesome hotel room! They feel very newly renovated and it was super spacious which was great for our many bags having travelled from the US. I loved the toiletries that were stocked in the shower as well. Great location, quiet room, just a perfect stay.

Rooms are clean and tidy, but the 'king bed' is clearly made of two single mattresses so not very comfortable.
My room was facing the main road so very noisy on weekend.
Breakfast was OK, except in ordered egg benedict with ham but was served smoked salmon and one egg was broken.

Highly recommended, fantastic location if you are in that area, the rooms, bar and restaurant are all really nice. Breakfast was really nice too - would definitely stay again should the need arise.

Half of our staff were staying for a conference. The Hotel staff from front desk to wait staff in the bar were so patient and friendly and super respectful. The rooms were incredibly well laid out and presented and it was just a lovely environment to be in. Ultra close to Aotea Centre so perfect for that. Will definitely be back for a personal visit.

Lovely stay for two nights over the weekend. Room was perfect with Nespresso and kettle, and the comfiest bed! Great location to walk to lots of bars and restaurants in the CBD. Plus wonderful helpful folks working here and helping with anything I needed. Will stay again the next time in Auckland.

I stayed in the king suite 2 weeks back, it was my first time staying, the room was incredible, clean, quiet, smelt amazing. This week I went to check in, the staff messed up prior to my arrival and checked in someone else into my room. They took 30mins trying to sort out what had happened, were most unhelpful, telling me I didn't have a booking, even when I showed them the email with my itinerary.
When they finally figured out some one else had checked into my booking, again didn't offer solutions. After I pressed further and they finally figured out what had happened they gave me a room key and a "sorry for the inconvenience". I went to the room and realized they had checked me into a queen studio, although my booking was for a king suite without mentioning it, and without offering any sort of compensation. The room is dark, musty with a tiny bathroom and a fire alarm directly above the bed that ticks constantly.
Eating at the restaurant the food is lovely but again the service is shocking. Waiting next to the "please wait to be seated" sign for 5mins as people walked back and forth. Dinner we were the only ones there with two staff on and we had to go and order at the bar for all food and drinks as we couldn't even catch the eyes of the wait staff.
The service is less than poor for a "luxury" hotel.

Great hotel in a great location. Was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were lovely. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. The rooms had an expresso machine, kettle, dishwasher and two tvs one in the bed area and one in the lounge area. Everything was really great and we enjoyed our stay. Only a few things would have made it better, room service and 11am checkout lol.

Great hotel! Spacious, clean room with even sitting area and small kitchen. Location was perfect, in the middle of CBD. Valet parking was a welcome plus! Checking in and out went very efficient. Would definitely recommend and book again!

The staff are always exceptionally friendly. Excellent rooms with minimal road noise despite being right on Queen Street. Super close to all amenities. Great food and coffee in the restaurant. Could not fault this place we loved it.

Also I have never stayed there, I did have a lot of communication with the reception to organize a surprise. This was always fast and very friendly! Thank you so much!

Great location for shopping and food. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if full menu was up and running. Bar food was good.

Great stay. The room was probably the nicest we have stayed in. Clean, recently renovated, large and spacious & the bathroom was really nice too. Good location, will stay again.

The exterior of the building can be deceiving as I was surprised when welcome with a modern looking, clean and spacious room. Located 15 - 20 mins walk from the harbour.

Lovely hotel in Queen Street. Room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Bed was comfortable and was surprised at how quiet it was. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
