The staff are fantastic, the room was warm and comfortable with stylish decor, and the meals delicious. We received a room upgrade, at no extra cost, to one that was easier for the wheelchair. Nothing was too much and all done in the friendliest of manner. Marvellous.

Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived and departed. The hotel’s location is super convenient - being in Auckland CBD. Hotel room facilities are great quality, tidy and functional. Managed to have a room with a view of the Sky Tower (awesome!). Price for food in the restaurant is affordable and the quality was great. Would highly recommend.

It was very clean, nicely decorated and very tidy. I have stayed there for my wedding anniversary for the last two years since I discovered it. Each time it’s a delightful experience. The staff are very professional, helpful and polite. I would highly recommend it.

Almost had it all until the Asian receptionist happened room was good and all the modern modcons you would expect. A nice comfortable bed too. And a good shout out to the hotel’s chef! Food was amazing!

Checking in and out was quick and easy. The people at the front desk were professional friendly and extremely helpful. The room I stayed in was fresh, modern and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. I stayed in the King Deluxe Suite, it had everything I needed and more. I loved the sound proof room, I couldn’t hear anything it was fantastic nice and quiet. It was clean and spotless. Loved the mini bar, toiletries in the bathroom were plentiful with the added bonus of having a few comforts for women’s needs. I have never experienced that at any other hotel which I thought was great. The lifts were fast I didn’t have to wait long at all as soon as I pushed the button in seconds the lift was there which surprised me. Everything I needed during my stay they had. Prior to going I had read reviews online and I thought I’d book with them and I’m glad I did i loved my stay here and wish I could’ve stayed longer. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. You’re right in the heart of the city it’s in a great location walking distance to shops, art gallery, Universities, theatres, restaurants and the bus stop for the airport is right outside the doors. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel. Perfect for a city escape, excellent location. We parked at the Aotea Square underground carpark, right across the road.
We stayed one night but would have been more than comfortable to stay for a week! Newly redecorated and we loved all the design aspects, little bit opulent and very practical, a lovely space to stay in. We had a King room on the 7th floor at the corner end of the building so got spectacular 180° views across the city!
