Loved it here. We stay here when my daughter performs at Aotea Centre. A nice personal note in the room, they offer buffet breakfast, the staff are excellent and the room is nice a cosy.

Positives: The location is fantastic - right across the road from Auckland Town Hall. Even though it's so central it was quiet. The room decor is stylish.

Negatives: Unfortunately none of the customer-facing staff were wearing facemasks even though it's one of our times of highest infection.
The advertised '$22 breakfast' is only available Monday to Friday.

We parked at the Civic carpark over night - it's only $18 and a 5-min walk (Their valet parking costs $45).

Stairs were not usable for guests as they were locked at every floor except ground floor, strange to have to take the elevator. Shower took forever to get hot and sink water didn’t quite get cold.

Second stay here, both have been great. Nice clean rooms, good location if you’re attending something at Aotea centre.

First hotel ever who proactively let me know I had left something behind and offered to post to me.

The location is wonderful, and I had a great stay here. The room was really clean, comfortable, and well designed. WiFi was reliable and the little touches (good coffee, being able to cast to the TV, nice bathroom amenities) were all appreciated. Highly recommended!

Lovely room and courteous helpful staff. Everything you could want and a good location on Queen Street, close to everything.

Very hard to get to with a car, taxi or uber is best. Advertising room service from 6pm-10pm but restaurant was not open on the Tuesday I stayed so had to go out into CBD at night. Room sounded like a car was in it until I unplugged the mini fridge.

In the morning no hot water in the room for both shower or hand basin. Iron melted my clothes on the lowest setting. When asked if my stay was ok, I informed them of issues above, to which they asked if i had anything from the mini bar. No interest in issues with the hot water or Iron at all, didn’t even take a note down to fix it, good luck to the next person who gets that room.

Bed was comfortable at least and room was warm. It use to be a great spot to stay but I won’t be back after this last experience.

Refurbished city central hotel with clean modern feel to it. Airport Shuttle bus stops at Sky City, which is a 10-15 minute walk, pleasantly doable with carryon only. Great location on Queen St with stores and restaurants nearby. Nando's has great chicken and is super affordable. You CANNOT skip the "hole-in-the-wall" coffee shop selling cookies a block away.the OG cookie is to die for!
The room is great! The bed supper comfy and big! Compact room but with all the extras for a short stay to be made extra pleasant. Extra seating and small table. Generous free tea and coffee (instant, plunger and Nespresso) selection, and affordable bar items. The staff were apologetic about the closed bar but happily poured us a drink to take to our room. Everyone was very friendly and courteous.
This is my new go-to for a central stay that is affordable and makes me feel like I am getting so much more for my money.very rare these days! Thank you for a lovely stay:)
Do note - this is the city centre so at times there can be loud noises from the street. Also, our window was covered in pigeon poo but I wasn't there for the views!

Great spot right in the city centre. Didn't notice any street noise from the room. Very quiet despite the location. Interesting layout. Decent smart TVs. Small bathroom, but still fine. Nice robes made from sweatshirt material. Very comfy. Good decor. Currently restaurant only open for breakfast, but we didn't try it. Nice little lounge layout in the rooms.
Would definitely visit again, particularly given the location.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Chic, cute and cozy with stylist Art Deco interior. I stayed there for 5 nights for transit and got a free upgrade to a suite. Room amenities are great - unlimited supply of nespresso coffee, nice tea bags etc. Very clean rooms and utensils. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location with convenient access to pretty much everything. 100% would recommend.

I really liked this place. Super friendly check in staff. Unlimited WiFi that actually wasn't slow. Pet peeve of mine when visiting NZ many times in past. Super clean room with comfy bed, and very nice extras like a nespresso machine. Very quiet room and easy checkout. Good price and location. Definitely stay again.

Big rooms, clean, great appliances. Quite good isolated from the road noise. Would definitely come back. Also I appreciate the USB charge port integrated in the power outlets.

Airedale Boutique Suites is a beautifully located place in Auckland. We stayed one night on one weekend, had the best facilities for most we didnt use however still glad that it was available. We had views of the sky tower and it felt so quiet even despite being in such a busy city. From check in to check out was a breeze. Big shout out to their best staff Paris that accommodated to all our needs. Communication was kept all through out. The rooms felt personalized yet kept to their professional theme.

Just one thing to think about before booking is parking. They offer valet parking for $45 but can save a little money by going to Civic Parking around the corner for around $12-24 per night (depending how long you stay). Great service!

We stay at the lovely Airedale Boutique Suites at least 4 times a year and it's always the same, just fantastic. The staff are always welcoming, helpful & friendly. The level of cleanliness & luxury is high. A seamless & easy stay everytime.

My partner and I shared our second anniversary together at the Airedale Boutique Suites. We were trying to find a hotel last minute and happed to come across them. We were so impressed with their service. I had a special request, which they executed well. The place was so beautiful. It was definitely worth the money. Usually I would go for hotels ranged at $125 - $175. But paying an extra $180 or so really showed the difference in hospitality. The bench mark was set high.

However, parking was a little bit difficult. We were not sure where to go. But never the less, it was all sorted with the valet. We didn’t get charged $45 for parking. This was because on the night before, there were some noise issues with other people staying down the hall. So the hotel did not charge us.

Overall, my partner and I are definitely coming here more often. Thank you Airedale!

Great place to stay - surprisingly quiet given the location. Comfy, well appointed rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast the next day and the banter from the restaurant staff.

Easy to find location. Clean rooms. Under 3 mins walking distance to shopping and food locations. Checked in for the weekend and was expecting heaps of noise being in town but it was SO quiet. On both mornings (8: 30 am?) I could hear some ruffling noises next door, I guess it was because we were next door to the storage cupboard and staff was getting stuff. Grabbed a coffee at the cafe when checking out and was pretty good. Comfortable environment. They were happy when we requested for our luggage to be stored at concierge while we did more shopping after checking out.
My Partner and I agreed the TP was a little rough but other toiletries were good

Overall I enjoy my staycation, will come back again in future.
