From the minute I contacted Delyse, things moved so efficiently and smoothly. She was so communicative throughout the whole process making sure I was happy with everything along the way. I've been trying to think of what to write but everytime I try and think of the words I cannot find the right ones, because there is no amount of words to explain or describe Delyse, but amazing, wonderful and full of love a woman who has a heart so big being with her for almost a year it saddens me that she is leaving but there is bigger things for her life I believe. She has always been so quick to attend all my needs in all that I've asked her she goes beyond and above it all and I will truly miss her I appreciate every single thing she has done for me and my little family my babies absolutely adore her and her shoes will be extremely BIG to fill no one can ever replace the Gem she is I've been so blessed to have her look after us and she will be very missed.

Delyse is an amazing property manager. She is very prompt and the communication between us was great. I really appreciated her help in allowing me to be a tenant. Due to previous issues with my rental history, I was not an ideal tenant. Delyse gave me a chance to prove myself and I have been a tenant now for over 6months. Our original agreement was a 6month lease and we were offered another lease.
I am forever grateful for her help and support throughout our tenancy.
