Gillian has been great to deal with. When I first emailed she was quick to respond and very professional. She took great photos to list our property and found tenants quickly despite Covid lockdown restrictions. I look forward to working with Aspire to manage our property.

This is my first time I have ever heard of APM and what an experience it has been. I have been dealing with Delyse and she has been an absolute miracle worker.
We had viewed the property coming out of level 4, unfortunately the previous tenants had left the house in shambles, which made us a bit hesitant, however Delyse had managed to get everything sorted during level 3, while also keeping me updated and giving us options of what we wanted in the property, even allowing us to move in a day earlier with the concerns of Auckland possibly moving back into level 4 with the increase of cases hitting the 100s.
She has taken so much stress off me and my family knowing that we had to move during this pandemic and having a few high risk family members in our household. Thank you so much Delyse for everything you have done:)

I have been with Aspire for 6 years and recommend them to anyone looking for PM. I would rate them to be the best property managers in Auckland. We moved over to them (after having issues with previous PM's) as we wanted a property manager who looked after our property like it was their own and ensure everything was in order.
We are overseas based and it is very important that issues are resolved ASAP and without the need for us to get involved.
If you are an overseas investor or local, you cant go past these guys. Their service is outstanding and you will always be aware of what is happening with your property. If you have any issues, you can also speak to the owner directly.
We have other properties around NZ (outside of Auckland) and from the lot, Aspire are the best property manager by far.
Our current PM (Delyse) is outstanding - she is in regular contact via wats -app and now the property is a set and forget asset for us.

We are very thankful to the owners and their Agents - Aspire in particular Delyse for all of the assistance they have provided my son and I when living in one of their tenancies. They always kept us up to date with matters going on with the complex and inspections were carried out with lots of consideration. Delyse is such a lovely property manager. Always clear with her communication, & is upfront of any expectations. She is extremely understanding & really cares about her tenants. Delyse liaises between the landlord & the tenant with ease & always picks up her phone, getting any issues dealt with asap.

From the moment we contacted Catherine at Aspire I knew we were in great hands. Catherine secured us a wonderful tenant, navigated lockdown restrictions with us and was so prompt in all her dealings. Our tenant had an issue with the heatpump and Catherine immediately made contact with the installer and got them to fix the issue under warranty for us. She is so professional and efficient.

Very professional, prompt and reliable in dealing with clients. We applied for viewing Monday then by Thursday we got all the necessary documents for the tenancy. Gillian was prompt, easy to deal with, very warm and friendly! As a tenant, we are happy and satisfied with the service. We are glad that the unit is managed by Aspire Property.:)

Aspire has been managing my property for 5 years now and Delyse Gibson for the last 2. I couldn't be more pleased with having Delyse as my property manager. She is incredibly onto it and experienced. I have rented properties for over 30 years. Only twice have I found Property Managers reliable enough to give an exemplary performance. Delyse from Aspire is one such property manager. She has been responsive to all communication in a timely manner. She has taken care of repairs and breakdowns immediately. It a pleasure to live in one of her properties. Most importantly of all. Our small family of 4 enjoyed 4 years in a beautiful rental property based in Te Atatu Peninsula. We were very well taken care of by senior property manager Delyse Gibson. Any issues we had during our stay were quickly rectified, excellent communication (particularly during level 4 lockdown when our vacate date kept moving) A very pleasant experience, highly recommend.

About 6 months ago, I went through the process of renting a property with Aspire and it was honestly one of the most well managed rental experiences I have had. 6 months into the tenancy and we couldn't be happier - the house is warm, dry and well maintained. Lauren is one of the best property managers that we've had! She is so onto-it, organising contractors almost immediately when required, responsive on emails, fair & thorough at inspections and a genuine nice, friendly person. 5-stars for Lauren. Aspire is definitely moving in the right direction and should hire more legends like Lauren!

After some research, I pick Aspire as our property management. The truth is Terry help us found tenants during the lockdown and fixed every single problem on time. I'm happy with their service so far.
