I have a rental property managed by Delyse at Aspire. Quite frankly, my tenant was a total nightmare - got behind in the rent, and absolutely trashed the property.
Delyse got right onto it, and managed everything speedily - the eviction process and the clean-up. I am incredibly impressed with her professionalism, energy, and amazing communication. This was an really distressing time for my family and I, and Delyse worked hard and smart to resolve it - she kept me in the loop continuously, which did a lot to reduce my stress.
I absolutely recommed Delyse as an amazing property manager, and commend Aspire management for having her and supporting her. She is just great.

Just wanted to let you know what a great job Michael Zhu has done on my property renovation. What started as a kitchen update tuned into a major overhaul when I realised that there were some necessary works to be completed. Michael stepped me through this process, organised tradies and kept a positive attitude which helped me immensely. It was great to work with someone that has ideas and a sense of humour. Even a couple of my neighbours told me what a lovely man he is!

I have found Sarah from Aspire to be very knowledgable & confident when dealing with tenants. She helped me evict a difficult tenant in an easier than expected manner. And found some very good new tenants in multiple dwelling situations. Aspires' reporting is very informative and they keep us updated with any maintenance issues after regular inspections.

Mike and Sarah are an excellent people orientated team. They take all the pain out of managing tenants for me. Especially Sarah of late: found replacement tenants at increased rental rate, arranged for upkeep and property maintenance very efficiently while keeping me up to date all the while. I find the team very personable/professional without the noise you get when dealing with a large corporate operator.eg, you never have to remind them of who you are or where your property is.

Aspire Property Management have managed one property for me over the last 3 years. They have been hassle free to deal with and whilst living in Australia is has been very simple to leave the property in their capable hands.
