Called on a Sunday morning, Auckland Glass were on the job within half an hour. Efficient and professional. Sarah Taylor was great to liaise with as well. 10/10.

From start to finish these guys were GREAT! Sarah who i spoke with first was a super star with such amazing customer service and the guys who came out to do the job were polite and respectful in my home and did an amazing job. AAA+ service and 100% would recommend them everytime!

After dealing with multiple trades and being disappointed for the last two - three years Auckland Glass were amazing. Friendly and concise over the phone, on the day (next working day) they sent me a chap who was also amazing. He called in advance gave me an hour to get there, turned up when he said he would, measured window to be replaced on site, sent details to HQ from site, they sent me quote 1 to email 1 minute later, I agreed and paid on spot over phone with CC He did the work to a high standard and left the jobsite clean and tidy. I'm a stickler for people quoting having seen the job, he did this from site, requiring me to be home once only. I made 1 phone call and gave up 2 hours of my day total to be home. Excellent.

The tradesman was punctual and polite. I was given a no obligation quote which I eventually followed up on. (4 pane window which had been scratched with a sanding tool) All glass now replaced.

Booked them for a Tuesday and they showed up on Monday when I was out. Then refused to come on Tuesday

The very professional polite repairman arrived on time, inspected the job and then completed it perfectly. No mess. No fuss. Just an excellent morning’s work. It was a real pleasure to have him in our home - not always the case! Would totally recommend him and his company.

Auckland Glass was super quick to attend to our broken sliding door glass window. I called them at 7pm and they were able to fix my window the next morning at 9.30am. Great service.

The window repair by the glazier was done very well. Unfortunately the admin, despatch and phone communications leading up to getting the job completed was a comedy of errors - delays, not calling when they said they would, saying they didn’t have my payment details when they did, spelling our names wrong, booking two jobs at our address (one of which was not mine and not even my name), turning up asking for access when I had previously confirmed we would not be home that day. Unfortunately the frustration of this process means we won’t use Auckland Glass again.

Rep (Dion) doing original inspection was pleasant & very thorough.
Service thereafter poor. Eventually had to ring & ask for the quote.
Glazier came to replace broken panel in glass shower but did not have the plastic sealing strip for bottom of door which had also been measured & quoted for. His mate departed saying he would bring it. Did not - meanwhile the other guy left without further word - left us waiting rest of day (Friday.) Phoned firm to ask about it- told would be installed Monday. Eventually came on Tuesday. By that time the replaced glass panel was falling off as 1st guy had not done up the screws on the brackets correctly. Finally finished. Hopefully all correct now.

We've been here twice now over the past couple of years to have glass cut for a window replacement. The people who work here are so kind, honest and helpful. Special thanks to Anne who took great care of us today. The price is also unbeatable. Highly recommended to all!

Rang and booked an appointment to come and replace glass, took time off work but they never showed, apparently they lost our booking, said they would prioritise a new booking and call me back but never heard from. Will never use them again.

Auckland Glass were great to deal with. Friendly staff, great communication with regard to arrival time of the glaziers and fair pricing.

Gaylene in customer service is an absolute gem and asset to the company. I was very stressed and she went above and beyond to help me get a booking asap, she was so compassionate for my situation and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would definitely go with these guys again based off my experience with her alone!
