I highly recommend Auckland glass for any urgent broken glass repairs! Their service is seamless, from the moment you get on the phone to one of their customer service reps who talk you through the process and assign you a repair specialist in your region, to when they turn up, provide a quote and arrange payment over the phone. I was thrilled that I called in the morning when the window incident happened and had someone around a few hours later fixing it and John did a great job: D

They accidentally overlooked my job initially but when I pointed out the issue they promptly sorted things out and offered to do it at no cost to me the same day which was very good of them. Thankyou.

This is the only glass company in Auckland that would cut and fit glass supplied by a customer and they did an awesome job from beginning to end. Maile came and did the job very professionally and Anusha did a great job of keeping me updated from arrival to end of job. I called Auckland glass a few days ago and booked a slot within 2 days or so. The receptionist was informative, really lovely and booking was very easy.
Friday morning i was called as someone was on their way. John did an excellent job and would highly recommend him for any window replacement.

What a stress free experience. The person on the phone (I'm bad with names and I was stressed) was so sweet and offered solution, got me the quote, which was great for the work needed, got me a guy after hrs, who came in lockdown and my back door is secure, my cat door fixed (yep she arranged that too when I told her about it, bless her) clean, professionally done, doesn't break ya bank. So glad I found them Thanks team, will be happy to give more business in future, very impressed.

Have used Auckland glass on multiple occasions now - always great customer service and speedy response time. Onsite time have always done a wonderful job and are all lovely people to deal with.

Auckland Glass were reliable, responsive and did a pretty epic job that was fairly complicated. The technicians were helpful and very accommodating to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the installation.

They weren't able to do leadlight windows but gave me the number of who could, also they were the only one open on the weekend.

I absolutely recommend Auckland Glass. The ladies on the phone were polite, professional and helpful. Hussein did a perfect job start to finish. He also was personable and gave me some great words of wisdom. They are a responsive, professional team. The fee was fair.
