My overall experience with this company was fabulous!
Their telecommunications team did a great job at keeping me in the loop, as I did have to change the day a few times. They were easy and quick and the glazier fixed the window without us even knowing he was here! Polite and kind. Highly recommended from us!

Just wanted to extend our gratitude for Auckland Glass and their contractor John’s careful attention to detail. He explained fully the glass might not come out unbroken as its been in place since the 1960’s but he proceeded and did an excellent job. He is also a lovely man and we enjoyed his time at our house.

Thanks to Auckland Glass for restoring our 1950's front door and replacing the dated glass panes with modern frosted/laminated safety glass. The workmanship was outstanding and the result has transformed our house's entrance way. Thanks Guys! Highly recommended.

Got a quote.took 5 days for someone to come out.needed multiple windows replaced - was told intially when the glass guy came to measure the windows someone would call back same day to give quote.no one ever called.i then had to chase them multiple times for a quote to be emailed thru.i asked for windows to be quoted separately due to a possible reno that would mean we wouldn't have to replace one window.anyways after the 3rd call chaising the quote the email came through with just a total and not a breakdown as requested. Sought a second quote given i wasn't happy with the service.approached Allied Glass who gave fantastic service start to finish and at a much cheaper price than Auckland Glass. Auckland Glass - sorry i do not recommend.

Fantastic service! Cracked a tinted window on Easter Monday and the guys came out and fixed it right away on Tuesday. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was absolutely lovely, and the guys who replaced the glass did a great job which didn't take them long at all. Very easy stress-free service, and now the window looks good as new as if nothing ever happened to it. Highly recommend, thanks Auckland Glass!

I appreciate the candour and though I have still decided to go else where I appreciate the effort to make amends. I've changed the rating to reflect this.

A cracked residential window took over two months to repair and in the end switched to another supplier. A number of issues:

* No follow-up after the first site visit and measure after a couple of weeks, I had to call to find out how to proceed
* Massive delay getting samples on site. No help from team on choosing which sample was an actual match for the tinted glass.
* neither site visitor informed me that scaffolding was needed
* After I got the quote, I asked for a copy with scaffolding separated which I never got.
* After booking under insurance, the first date given was not actually possible, I took off work to be on site but they never showed up
* When we rebooked it turns out the glass they’d sourced wasn’t the right thickness at all. And they’d need to order from somewhere else.resulting in further delays.
* They never got in touch with our insurance company after we provided all the claims information.

It's a cracked residential window. It should not 3 months to get fixed. Highly recommend going with someone else.

The guys came and replaced a smashed window of mine. Very prompt, great finish on the glass and tidy up was perfect. Very professional service.

We had work completed by Auckland glass on our front door glass. The first time they came through the work was disappointing as beading (the stuff that holds the glass in) is not included in the quotes and they also chipped our wall completing the work.

Auckland glass however repaired their chip in our wall and after discussion did complete the beading and painting for the door to complete the job at extra cost.

They did in the end complete the job to a good standard however it took a fair bit of stress and a few weeks to get everything sorted.

Excellent friendly service. Bent over backwards to ensure I was happy with the unusual glass work they did for me. I'd highly recommend them.

Excellent! I'm on the Shore. Best price after calling around. Phone is always answered & in a timely manner. Phoned up for a WINZ quote, Chris? Came & measured. Had a mix up with the repair date but quickly sorted. End result was fast, efficient & tidy. HIGHLY recommend, wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. Thanks for keeping the process simple & doing a great job.

Beware of who you get to come to your house while you're at work. A glazier at Auckland Glass robbed me while I was out the house. Will never use them again and I advise everyone who does to get security cameras or be in the same room while they finish their job.
