Janie was very quick and professional and repaired our toilets. Janie also organised Ashneel to come and unblock a tree root bound sewer drain. The plumber (s) who come to my home were friendly, professional and clearly advise what they were going todo, next steps etc. My home was left clean and tidy after the work was complete and I learnt a few things about hot water cylinders.

I have used Auckland Plumbing several times this year. They certainly go above and beyond their efficient service. Starting with Michelle and other receptionists, through to the payment team. Of course, last and not least, their hands on plumbers, who seem to deal with any major problem with great efficiently.before you know it the job is completed!

Received fantastic service from Auckland Plumbers Group recently. We had the misfortune to have a blocked sewer drain happen on the weekend and we thought we would have to wait until Monday to get it sorted. However after making the call to Auckland Plumbers Group on a Saturday, their drain unblocking truck turned up in just half an hour! The technician Ash was friendly and efficient and with the aid of high tech camera equipment, he detected tree roots as the cause and completed the job in no time at all. I was impressed at being able to see the problem myself on the large screen and was also sent a copy of the photos. Thanks again for the great service. We will definitely use you for any future plumbing or drainage issues.

We are very grateful for Ashneel's service. He was very efficient and friendly - he resolved our issue in less than 12hours. Our bathroom pipe burst late in the evening and Ashneel was back to repair it early the next morning.

Hera and Jack commmunicated with us really well and did a professional job. We had a leaky filter pipe and waste disposal unit that needed to be removed and replaced with a normal drain. They were effecient with time, did a neat job and left the place so tidy. Thank you Hera & Jack.

This is the 3rd time I've used APG for plumbing work, the receptionist is fantastic, really responsive, personable and knowledgeable. Our granny flat shower sprung a leak. Its' a tricky size and shape and our first, second and third choices for replacing it weren't available in these COVID times. We settled on our least favoured option. Imagine our delight on instalment day when our preferred option arrived! Turns out Sharron had spent much time on the phone to track one down. Superb service. And thanks to Tom who persevered with our gas hob repair so we didn't need to replace it after only 4 years. Once disassembled he even cleaned it for me:) Knowledgeable, polite tradies that work to a high standard. Recommended.
