Simon & Janie from Auckland Plumbers Group did an EXCELLENT job to replace my leaking kitchen tap.

I could see it's not an easy job due to the complexity but Simon and Janie did it great and carefully. They are very professional and I'm 100% happy with their service!

I am also grateful for the extra help/advice that Simon has given me.

Excellent service - good value for money and highly recommended! Our kitchen tap was leaking and after contacting the manufacturer, they sent Cameron from Auckland Plumbers Group to replace the tap. Cameron arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional. I also had a couple of other plumbing jobs to be done so I asked Auckland Plumbers group to do these too. Again, Cameron did a fantastic job, completed the job efficiently and professionally. Will definitely use them again and will recommend their services to family and friends.

Sharon in the customer service team was so very helpful and took time to listen and met our needs accurately. Cameron Edwards the plumber sent too was a brilliant young man, found the old connections in record time and finished the job in an awesome way. Thank you!

We’ve had numerous challenging issues where we needed plumbers. Auckland Plumbers Group staff always arrive on time or you get a call that they have been slightly delayed so you can plan your own day. They are tenacious in finding the cause of issues and fixing them. It’s always been a job well done.

Why does it always happen on a holiday! I am so grateful Ashneel Raj came to my rescue when a main feed copper pipe failed in the roof space, with the resultant water everywhere. He quickly found the problem and it was fixed within a short time, avoiding further damage. What's more he did a fabulous cleanup of all the web gib, etc. Thank you.

We phoned Auckland Plumbers Group after 5.00 on a Monday after being badly let down by another plumber who was coming to fix a leak where the main enters the house. Tom was sent and he was amazing. He was helpful, efficient and got the job done quickly. The job was done and a water leak that had been left for four days by the other plumbers was fixed within a matter of hours. Would highly recommend.

We had prompt service from Ben McCrystal when one of our bathroom sink pipes started leaking and we were able to get some good advice about replacing our taps to fit in with the mixer style for our older home. We were able to source the fittings ourselves and he quickly installed them in his next visit.

I recently had Auckland Plumbers Group over to upgrade my tired old low pressure cylinder to a brand new mains pressure cylinder, Ben Drake was amazing, polite, corteous and very professional, he worked tirelessly to get my hot water up and running and even sorted another couple of jobs for me while onsite. Chose this plumber on a recommendation from a neighbour and was pleased with Luke Clark's efficiency, nice manner, and professionalism which was grounded in lots of real life experience. Would have given 5 stars, but there seems to have been a mix-up with the time, so it was a longer wait than I was anticipating. Thanks for your great work.

Blocked sinks on a Friday night, called Auckland Plumbers and they send Luke Clark out at 9 pm. Fantastic service, Luke called with an eta and turned up as arranged. Did a great job, super polite and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Hi, We have just done a makeover on our kitchen and we had Ben Drake do all our plumbing requirements. He has done an amazing job and we will definitely want to have him do our bathroom when the time comes! He knows his stuff and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely young man as well!

Pretty bad service, booked an appointment and no one turns up, no call nothing. When I called after a day, I was told they dont know why the plumber did not come and now I have to rebook for next week. What a waste of time

Contacted Auckland Plumbers who sent Luke at the agreed time on the agreed day. Excellent young person with great customer skills. Diagnosed the problem and went off to source the required parts. Luke explained what he had done and cleaned up, so that you would not know he had worked in the bathroom. Done and dusted within an hour from first arriving. We have already booked them again for more work.
