Everyone from APG who has worked on my place recently has done a great job - and been brilliant to deal with. When I initially thought I'd settle for a patch-up job I was given very helpful with practical suggestions and solutions on the spot. And when the full job was underway I have to say the APG people gave me incredible confidence in what was being done via their professionalism throughout (and really client-considerate manner). But what most impressed me was when there was something that didn't go quite right. That to me is the REAL test of any business. The bosses at APG were exemplary: they listened (really listened) to what I had to say, and came up with a really fair win: win solution to solve the situation. On top of everything else that really impressed me and I really highly recommend APG to anyone looking for a really good plumber (and more). They're really hard to find!

Had a roof leak. Called the company and we made a time for Tony to come out. On the day they rescheduled due to rain. Tony came out a couple of daysater examined the roof, couldnt find the reson for the leak but examined the entire roof, which we did not request, and got invoiced $160 for it. He suggested he could come back when it is raining in order to diagnose it. We still have a roof leak but have lost faith in this company and I would not recommend anyone to use it unless they like to flush their money down the drain. They failed to provide the service we called them for, did a roof inspection which we did not request and they charged a call out fee.
Sunday night and we find a leak outside
Tony came around and sorted it for us.he also explained a few things around what to watch out for.when turning off the water mains.and even replanted plants that I had dug up myself when I was exposing the leak.fantastic service.
