Hayley was my property manager she did such an amazing job! Always was quick to help me with what I need and would respond in a timely matter. Would suggest them to other people. Deposit form was sent out quickly and hopefully will receive this week! 10/10 would recommend

I thought I'd take the time to inform you about the good work Marc has been doing managing my properties in Otahuhu.

Mark kept an eye on rents having and when one tenant got an arrears Marc was onto it and identified the problem.

We negotiated a strategy and Marc used his negotiation skills to get the arrears paid.

He has also identified arrears with other tenants and has either obtained the money or is still actively pursuing payment.

Marc has also assisted me with negotiating new leases.

It is a great relief for me to have such a capable property manager looking after my units.

Marc is a very good communicator and advises me about what is going on. He's also strategic regarding how to deal with the various tenants.

Although Marc has only recently taken over managing my properties, I have found the team at APM to be very competent and I am confident to recommend APM to other property owners.

I rent an apartment through APM and it has been such a pleasure to be with such a highly efficient and professional Organisation. My agent is Claire and she is super efficient. I am so very impressed with her skill set. Claire is a great communicator and has a good heart. I consider myself very fortunate indeed. Thank you so much Claire.

Used APM for a year. Nice guys and very responsive, but pretty hopeless at their job. They were managing several commercial properties for me. My grievances against them include: never did any rent reviews when due, wouldn’t advise me if tenant wasn’t paying rent (and probably also weren’t following up with tenant), never reported their attendance at Bodycorp meetings (so I assume they never attended), didn’t update monthly outgoings invoices when rates/bodycorp fees increased, and finally, the tenants I spoke to about them reported their dissatisfaction with their management (or lack of.)

We rented a house in Epsom that was managed by Edwin. After living in our own home for 12 years we were really anxious about renting, but Edwin made us feel welcome and listened to our concerns. His communication with us was excellent and he liaised with the owner immediately even though they are not living in NZ. Any concerns were promptly addressed and we had great experience as tenants. Currently try to reach anyone or if actually anyone work in this company? As nobody seems care to call for business, is this company to big so don't care or just cocky? Anyone knows? Is there anyone actually working here or just hire ppl leave a good review? I have no idea what i can do to get a phone call? But review will stay no matter what outcome is!

I had a great experience working with Stephy Qi. She was very enthusiastic and charming, and was able to answer all the questions and doubts I had. And she was also quick to resolve any issues I had.
