We've been with APM about 7 years, in the last two more years we've had increasingly disappointing experience with their property manager Caroline. There has been serious negligence and misinformation passed between us and our tenants resulting in breakdown of tenancy, improper replacement of chattels and overcharging of fees without our approval. I would not recommend this property manager ever again.

We employed APM as our property managers from 2016 to 2019, however we transferred to another firm after discovering that the inspections were insufficiently detailed, missing images, and could have been completed without visiting the property. After a renter vacated the home, the property manager failed to notice a hole in the wall and failed to note that the same tenant had installed a dog door?

Today, June 2022, another tenant they found to occupy our house has departed (thank goodness, it was a nightmare) and has left our property in a state of disarray. You'd expect that a property management company would have & retain departure and entrance reports for when a tenant leaves or starts a tenancy so that a comparison of the house's condition could be made. It turns out APM didn't in our case.

We, the owners and the new property managers, have contacted APM and they're saying they don't have any entry/exit records for our property.

If we rent the property out again, I can tell you who we won't be using.

I had rented one property in Albany from the Auckland Property Management for one year. The experience of myself and my family was very amazing. We were really looked after by our property manager.
The property manager we were dealing with was Ashlee Zhang. She was highly professional in dealing with us and addressing our queries and issues. I would surely be putting the good word for Auckland Property Management in my friends and professional circle.

Extremely unprofessional, especially a woman named stephy, barely understandable english, dismissed my sons health issues about mould and just said "good luck " when i enquired about possible compensation and said I'd have my lawyer ask about it, she can't do basic maths and talks down to me like im the one who came here for work, all in all shes rude and frankly has a disgusting attitude towards the health of infants, if you ever get her as a property manager quickly ask for a different person before you regret it

Ashlee has been a great property manager for us for more than two years in total. She's professional, efficient and attentive. She has looked after our tenants well and always communicated between us in a very clear and timely manner. Highly Recommended!

We have lived in New Zealand for twelve years and this is the first time we have rented a house from this company and now after moving out of the house they do not want to return our money under various pretexts and accounting. Please do not trust them.

Okay for rental properties, but as a body corporate company I have found them to be unprofessional and inefficient. Best to look elsewhere, unless you want to do all the running around while paying them for their lack of service.
