William is a very experienced real estate agent who willingly shared his knowledge and expertise with us. He is a straight shooter, down to earth but caring as well. He keeps in close contact with his clients every step of the way and will either call them by phone or call in in person. Kiri, William’s assistant, is excellent too, helping William in a myriad of ways.

I feel very lucky to have found excellent Property Managers at Barfoot and Thompson in Pukekohe. I know that requests will be dealt with quickly and I dont need to worry about having to chase up tenants or contractors who have done work at the property.
When my Mum was dying, there was a tenancy change. The Property Manager dealt with everything including cleaning the oven, getting the lawns mowed and gardens tidied and arranging for rubbish to be picked up. I was so very grateful that everything was taken care of.
And it is for this reason that I would recommend Barfoot and Thompson. They do a great job of looking after properties and always go the extra mile.
