Letting agent Shayne was awesome and lovely, Loryn our first property manager was lovely but was hard to get communication but eventually she gave us the update we needed and was a breeze dealing with her and now a new property manager Christine treating tenants as manufacturing workers in a manufacturing facility. When called to try and understand issue, her voicemail says she’s attending to other issues, like really, do you really think that’s professional to have on your voicemail? Is all your tenants and landlords issues? Suggest getting some extra training on how you approach people or how you send your emails/txts and being professional. Have some empathy and respect for tenants and try and stick to what you advertise about yourself on your bio on company’s website.

This was the first property we bought in New Zealand and the support we got from Ankush was excellent, From the first call up to the point of settlement day, Ankush was always available to share his knowledge and answer our questions. He made a difficult situation less stressful with his high work ethic, honest opinions and knowledge of the real estate environment. Amazing work!
We are both extremely happy with the work and effort that Sarah and Jo put into selling our house, in such a tough market they kept pushing to find ways to promote our house and keep getting the viewers through on open home days and then would follow up each person to find out if they could persuade them to move forward to the next step of the sale. Once we get some interested buyers they were both very good at promoting the house further and would work above and beyond the required hours. We both really appreciated the work that was put in and would 100% use them again to sell our house if we were still in Auckland.

We all know selling your first home is hard. Lauren from the get-go was always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the whole house selling process. Her confidence and knowledge constantly reassured us we were in great hands!
Any questions we threw at her at any time of the day, she would answer with ease! It shows she really knows, loves and does her job well!
We had an excellent (but nerve-racking auction experience), but she kept us feeling calm throughout. She used her quick-thinking initiative while in negotiation, so all parties were satisfied with the end result.

It took around four weeks for Diana and her team to sell my house. There was a clear and well-communicated sales and marketing plan, and Diana kept me updated on progress the whole way through. She knows this market extremely well and was confident from day one that we would achieve our goal. Reassuring͏ marketing, with solid advice on legalities of sale
Using Louise and Brendon was a great success for sale of our home. Louise was exceptional with communication, her knowledge of legalities of sale of contract shone through when we needed and both Brendon and Louise were easy going and approachable.

We have been dealing with Barfoot & Thompson Pukekohe for a number of years, and I have to say that Leona Dinsdale, one of their property managers is really amazing to deal with. She is very efficient and follows up with all queries and concerns. She is most reliable and great at troubleshooting and finding solutions. I would recommend her services to anyone.
Have emailed Cindy Guo twice about viewing a house, as they require a vaccine passport, which I don't have. I was under the impression that after the 5th april, the vaccine requirements no longer stand. Either way, I haven't even received a reply email. Won't be buying or selling with you guys now!
I just ended an almost 2 years contract with them, in Pukekohe, and it was an amazing customer service! At the beginning, I was a bit disappointed with the treatment there in general, but after that, Carmen Jones started to be a manager of the apartment I was renting and she is a lovelly person and super committed to her work! I can say all the 5 stars is because of Carmen Jones, because all my experience with any other person there was terrible!
I was told, I'd withdrawn my application, which I never did, and enquired them about it, no response and I had to call and found out that building has taken without informing me as another applicant.
