Great food, cozy atmosphere. Paella highly recommended.

•Tried to book a table online, was submitted successfully however never got the confirmation email. Called to book the next day, was told no record of booking online. So if you are trying to book better steer away from the website, just give them a call.

• Got seated and orders were taken, waited for at least 10 minutes with our water glass still empty. Guy waiter walked around several times offering water to other tables, just ignoring us. We had to wave down the lady and asked for water.
Our glass was never filled again as seems like no one would want to check on us. During which guy walked by twice lol. Finally after we finished meal, lady came to clear our table and we asked for water again.

• Would rather go somewhere else where all customers are respected regardless of their race and age and how much they have in their pocket.

Probably the best kept secret in Parnell! Have been multiple times and have never had a bad meal. Food is super high quality, fast and friendly service, great cocktails and atmosphere. The goats cheese is the best I have ever had!

What a great place! The food is soooooo good - do yourself a favour and try the brussel sprouts, they are absolute magic. The atmosphere was excellent and the service was A1. Cannot recommend this place highly enough; already looking forward to going back.

We had the most delicious dinner, we celebrate our wedding anniversary and was amazing place, great service really friendly, food was amazing, we order 2 Entrees, a main to share and dessert, every single dish was delicious, highly recommend!

Outstanding food, great wine. The prawns were sensational, and so was the eggplant, capsicum and onion side dish. Mushroom gnocchis were delicious too but slightly under. The dish had it all and would have benefited from one or two less ingredients. Clos Marguerite Pinot Noir from NZ had nothing to envy from the Burgundy Pinots it was no doubt inspired by. No fuss, efficient service. A wonderful full solo Valentine's Day dinner to finish off a great NZ trip. Glad I wasn't distracted from such good food by date conversation!

Enjoyed it, busy friendly atmosphere, service was good. Food was interesting and prices reasonable.

I just popped by for a beer and some snacks with a mate and was blown away by how good the bread with honey and cheese was. Definitely coming back to try the full menu

The design of Barulho, including the streetscape, is beautiful and for this alone, I would have given 5 stars. But the food was okay, not special. And the service was patchy, one guy was great, but our waitress missed part of our order and didn't come back to take our full order.

Really good Spanish tapas and sharing plates. The ceviche tostada pairing is absolutely delicious! The paella didn’t have much rice in it but flavour and amount of seafood is really good. Scotch fillet with Chimichurri is also a must order. Bombe Alaska for dessert was amazing.

Was here for a friend’s significant birthday lunch. Food and service was outstanding. Everything was so tasty and generous enough for us all to share

The best meal we have had outside of Spain. Exceptional food, incredible flavours built into really delicious dishes and the staff were just as flawless.

Great spot for tapas and cocktails! The sourdough with goat cheese, and brisket empanadas are wildly good.

With this range of prices I would love to see more fine service. But overall it is a nice place. Lunch is nore recommend than dinner
