Barulho reviews
71Lovely food. Fresh flavours and good size portion for tapas. The only downside was the inattentive wait staff. We had to ask for service every time.
Only discovered this tapas restaurant recently and i love it. All the food we ordered tasted amazing especially each sauces that come with the dishes.
Fantastic service and plenty of free parking near by. Looking forward in returning and trying other things off Barulho amazing menu
With plenty of parking outside this eatery really suited our post movie dinner. Is certainly worth a trip in it's own right however.
Four of us shared all the menu medium dishes, six of them.
Standout dish was the ceviche for me but all were excellent.
Followed up with the beef, a standing rib very nicely seasoned, which was easily shared.
Service was friendly and relaxed.
We'll be back.
Amazing Aioli, very expensive epanadas. 2 tiny things. Nice atmosphere and good for couples. Not a lot of seating for bigger groups.
Enticing food menu with a wine list that packs an international and local punch. We ended up ordering an extra portion of the delicious fried chicken but my fave was the leek and blue cheese croquettes. Chef was friendly and open to a quick chat, but maybe it was the server’s first night on the job?
Amazing little place tucked away in Parnell. Excellent wine list and super tasty cocktails (I'm a sucker for a caipirinha). Wonderful buzzy ambience with indoor and outdoor seating. The most delightful chef couple run it and the food is.well nothing short of outstanding. Tantalising tapas and mouthwatering mains.all with a fabulous South American beat.
Authentic Spanish tapas bar. Very, very small and quite hidden however the decor is first rate and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, mostly Spanish themselves. The food is exceptional. A must try if you're trying to impress a date.
Really tasty food, particularly the gnocci raggu and ceviche. The cocktails were really excellent as well (try the pineapple caiparoska).
Great little place, hidden away from the main drag, excellent food on offer. Friendly staff and pleasant environment.
There must be a new menu here because a lot of the food we saw and wanted to try on their Instagram isn't available anymore. What we did end up having was ok. The sauce was a bit on the heavy side and the steak we ordered ended up being unevenly cooked.
Great little place. I went with friends on a Thursday night for dinner and the service was friendly and helpful. I loved that both the food menu and wine list were not too big and that the wines were interesting and different. Definitely recommend
