The service is very good. I passed the wof very quickly. The people in Casper are very warm and friendly. If I have any problems with my car, they will explain and help. Friends in need can contact him.

One star is more than enough. As long as you make a Wof car, everything is wrong. As long as you go in and don’t have money to let you out, everyone should avoid this kind of behavior. It is better to go to vtnz to make a Wof. After all, people don’t repair cars. If you want to repair the car, Weigh it yourself

Dropped my vehicle in for a service and wof. Very welcoming and helpful receptionist and mechanics. Everything was precisely done at a decent speed, and managed to pick up my vehicle at the same day with it washed. George was very helpful and understanding. I visited Botany Vehicle Center last Friday to get my car repaired, specifically to replace the brake pads. I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire team, from the staff to the owner, was incredibly warm and friendly. Their technical skills were impressive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great quality and affordability of their service. They also worked with impressive speed.
During the inspection of my car, they identified other issues and provided valuable recommendations, allowing me to make informed decisions. They even took the time to show me the results after the work was completed, ensuring everything was in perfect order. Highly recommend!

Do not take your car to these scam artists. Took my car in for a wof, knowing perfectly well all that I needed was a replacement headlight bulb. After a 40min wait the mechanic came out and had failed it on account of the light (I had asked them to replace) and that the steering rack has some play.and would cost me $1000 to replace. Took it straight to a mechanic who said there was nothing wrong, replaced the light bulb and VTNZ passed gave me a wof within 20min.

Clearly Botany Vehicle Service isn't happy with someone only wanting a wof and will lie to you in order to get more money out of you. Do yourself a favor save the hassle and just pay a little extra at VTNZ.

5 stars really good service. All staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful, they went beyond what I expected with excellent workmanship to my vehicle. Would recommend these guys for any panel work you may require.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are cheaters! Nit picking on small things saying there are serious damages and fixing required.

I have been taking my car to BVS for 5+ years and have always had excellent service. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nitin, who explained all my repairs in detail and was very patient with all my queries. I definitely recommend this company and it's a company you can trust.

I'd booking a coolant leaking inspection, it takes me 500$, replace a radiator cap only. It still leaking. Their technicians's skill is very limited.

Had to come back 4 times to get my issue somewhat resolved, took it in for the last time they advised me it'll only take half and hour, then half an hour went by they told me it'll be a few hours and they can issue me a loan car.i ended up putting petrol in their loan car when i didn't want one, if i had known earlier that it'll take longer i would of had someone pick me up instead of using my own money to put petrol in. And the lady that works at Insurance reception is absolutely hopeless. Sounds like she is asleep or just woke up from a nap, no tone in her voice, no enthusiasm at all, only person who worked there that was helpful was Dave,

My car was fixed here, they fixed my car however upon picking up my vehicle they’ve added a number plate holder that I didn’t want or requested to have, requested several times to remove and they didn’t do I removed it myself. Only a day of receiving my car back, my car started having issues, I went back to rectify and they declined and said they only fixed what was damaged but how do you explain that my car that recently just been serviced prior to cyclone damages now has issues with engine?

Wait time as promised and a compromising price which is great recommend going here for anything car related as they are very experienced in all areas went here for my insurance claim accident repair was told it would take 14 business day it only took 8 and got a nice well presented, clean car back really appreciate the convenience of botany vehicle service will for ever be my go too

Excellent workmanship and customer Service, got some accidental repairs done through insurance. Car was washed and even groomed from inside. 5 stars for communication, and car was done with in a week.
