Botany Vehicle Service

Booked my insurance here and a private job for panel and paint. Job was done very quickly and professionally, the communication was excellent. They did an amazing job, half the bumper was painted and you can't even tell where the original paint ends and new paint begins. Also been coming here for my WOFs and was always left satisfied.

Came in October and got a lovely service. Have come back now for my WOF, found out some repair needed to be done and Nitin helped me out with the expenses and cost! Would recommend!

I had the unfortunate pleasure dealing with this company regarding an overpriced quote and quarter panel repair which I had checked over for a second and third opinion only to find out I was taken advantage of. Plain dishonest bunch period.

The owner and staffs are friendly. I have had a great time dealing with Botany Vehicle Service. The office staff and the mechanic were committed to great customer service. The atmosphere was awesome and i definitely like that you have very modren style of working (Spacielly by Valky talky). Most importent, the price was very resnable as compare to other shops. This is a review from a regular customer for 7 yrs.botany vehicle service focuses on making money nowadays, rather than being a trustworthy mechanic. I don't wana go in detail and waste my time, since I've decided to find a new mechanic for my car. I hope the owner of bvs supervises employers like before, if you don't wana get more unpleasant reviews.very disappointed!

You guys charged $80 to inspect a lightly scratched bumper which could some how lead to "chasis damage"? Sounds pretty overpriced for a simple look.

Great job as always. I just have one tiny note though about the curtesy car they gave me. It was really poorly maintained.

The service was good, they lend me a car during the repair of my car. I am overall satisfied with the repair.

I did a silly and munted the side of my van - these peeps were so easy to deal with. They advised us on things that made the process easier for us, had a courtesy car ready, and completed the work right on schedule

Have been dealing with your company for a long time now. The staff is excellent and always greet with smile. Create a positive environment in the workplace. All of the staff, Nitin, Sue, Wendy August are amazing to deal with and make business a pleasure.

I travel 2 hours to use this mechanic, have used for the past 5 years, and wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Really loved this place they did more work to my car than I expected which I really loved and on time.

They were friendly efficient and transparent.
Their prices were reasonable as well.
The waiting room was clean, tidy and had tea coffee and a t.v that was a nice touch.
Car is running well now too.

Several friends have used their service and said their service was fantasic.i am very satisfied with their service.highly recommend

Have been going here for my WOF for a number of years now. The best price around and comes with great service. Never try to sell you services that you don't need and provide a free courtesy car while your vehicle is worked on.
