We have bought our cars to BVS for years, fixing, repairing WOF, no problems. Just recently I took my car in for WOF and they failed me on corrosion of my bonnet hinges requiring a panel beater report. The Indian told me it would cost me $1000+ to pull it apart and fix it but never showed me where the damage was. I took the car to VTNZ for a 2nd opinion as I and other people saw zero signs of corrosion. VTNZ passed me straight away. Do not hire Indians they do anything to rip off customers. You will lose a lot of business keeping them. I loved George and the crew back then but I will not be back there in a hurry after this. Sorry.

Asked them to fix the belt, costed nearly $300. YES. The belt was fixed. However, The aircondition was somehow broken. No one touched that car even. TELL ME, WHO BROKEN IT? SUCKS SERVICE EVEN.

Good customer service, one stop for Panel & Paint, WOF, water wash and electrical repair
But don't buy any brand tyre as they are of low quality
Prior booking is mandate or call for any vacant time
Have be more smart on choosing what you need, guys are prevalent in selling

Ok so I am writing this review after almost a year giving this mechanic the benefit of the doubt since our whole family goes to them and they were ok. However I took my car last year due to “overheating”. I was 100meters away form home when I notice that the temperature gauge just went slightly up and by the time I pulled over the driveway the car was not even steaming so I let it cool down and tract the rusty as brown water out of the radiator and it’s container. So I filed it up with water next morning took it to this mechanic and after few days I had to call and ask for the diagnosis and guess what they mixed up my car with another car similar to my one and told me to come and pick up the car and that the insurance have covers it! I was like whataaaaat I didn’t even apply through my insurance but I went there and then they told oh sorry we mixed up your car with another one. So ok we all make mistakes but wait there’s more. After a few more days oh and BTW no courtesy car offered, they told me that the gasket is blown and only option is to sell as is or take it to the recharge! Hmmmmm well my Dad is not a qualified mechanic but have always fixed ours and his friends cars etc so believe you me these peoples took over a week to advise me of the fault “gasket blown” BS and I swear my dad found the fault in literally one minute and I am not kidding coz I was there. And guess what we fixed up the pup/hose hole with no cost as my dad had some spare hose and the only expense to fix the car was getting the proper coolant $30 something as the car I took for full services were topped up with water Nooooo goooood. So make sure you always be coolant on the radiator not just water coz water creates ruts and rust make holes.
So yes these guys told me to through my car on the rubbish bin but since then it is even driving better and no issues what so ever with the radiator or BS what gasket blown lol so I leave it up to you guys and to be honest I always try to review positive things but this one is just out of it eh. Good workshop, workmanship very good, good service, very happy with my mazda when i pickup yesterday.

My car was driving and doing good but I just have them for full service and left the car around 5 hours then it’s giving trouble like not starting good, and more.

Went here for an insurance claim, amazing service, excellent workmanship, highly recommended to all!

Used to be OK, but not good now. Overcharged me for a basic repair. Also didn't respond to my e-mail. Had to ring several times to get a response. Lots of difficulties getting answers to basic questions. Time to find a new place to get my car serviced. Car mechanics are frequently unreliable and hard to communicate with in my experience. If you find a good mechanic, stick with them!

Repair cars at reasonable prices. My front light was out once and they just reconnected the wiring without any charges. Honest people.
