Staff are always friendly and happy to help which is grrstly appreciated when you have children with you. The playground and cafe are awrsome to at least give 1 parent a free ticket to shop around.

Amazing helpful staff from the door to the click n collect counter and cashier in the tool department and two staff in the tool department all offering and providing assistance to me. What a difference to Mt Wellington yesterday. This is gunna be my local from now on. Many thanks to you Bunnings Botany

Since this is our first time to be here we had great experience as they're the only ones ong 3 stores we've been to who has the particular item that we needed hence we went back for more.

Poor customer experience with Eugene. I have an item to return, but we have different opinions on the product. He spoke to me with an aggressive and rude tone, even asking me if I had a registered license to prove I was right. There is a need to develop professional customer service in the future.

I love this branch so much. Great prices, great range of products. There are so many interesting tools, plants and gadgets to look at, discover and potentially buy. The staff are easy going, always happy to help you find what you're after, and they don't pester you when you're just happy looking around. I love how the website tells you which isle you can find particular product - it was super helpful today after work, when I needed to pick up something quickly and didn't have much time. It's always a pleasure coming back.

Going to the checkout is like an auto car wash. You kinda just get brushed aside after you paid. No sense of customer service.

Bunnings is a top favorite visiting place, learning place, exploring place, & most importantly a place diy folks feel most connected with. We are the children in the lolly shop! Every possible item is available & then some more. Their coffee & nibbles are so refreshing. The garden site is a pleasure for many of us with green fingers. The tools sections & the sheer range of power tools is amazing, the plumbing, bbq, etc.are superbly displayed & well lit & easy to scan & locate whatever one is after. Their staff are superbly knowledgeable, friendly, caring, efficient & are very well versed in guiding us to our destination items in any of their isles. The Bunnings app is also an excellent tool to locate items. Full marks to Bunnings for a great customer experience every time I have been there.

Unable to supply enough of a item, we had to drive to another store to get it, why! I couldn't pay at the first store and have it delivered to my house, really!

The staff there are absolutely useless. There was one girl in the plant section absolutely amazing and helpful. But everyone else that works there seems to have no idea how to help or have any idea what you’re talking about when it comes to finding things.

The store was easy to locate, the aisles where easily to navigate, good selection of items though there were lack of staff and the color scheme of checkout blended in to much makeing it hard to distinguish areas

I was at the special orders desk at around 2.20pm today. There was another customer being served so I sat there and waited.
The worker walked past me several times but never acknowledged me. Fair enough, as she was probably busy. When she was finished with the other customer she had a conversation with her colleague.

She then acknowledged me and asked what I was after. I asked her if I could order the Hume deluxe interior door in the dimensions 2060x910. She said I couldn’t because they only come in standard sizes (even though they are special orders)

I then called Bunnings Manukau about this- they informed me that I could order this size as these doors are cut to size when you order them (exactly the same supplier)

So either this worker wasn’t aware of this or could not be bothered with me (maybe because I’m young, female, Asian, or some other unknown reason).

One of many Bunnings hardware stores located throughout New Zealand, the Botany branch is great like all. There is also helpful parking for cars with long trailers. This area can be found on the rightmost side of the parking lot where on the ground it should be marked with "TRAILER PARKING". Stock is always in hand, and staff are always helpful as usual. Would recommend!
