What can you say about Bunnings? They all have the same basic layout, the same stock, and staff who have all been trained the same.

Great shop, good selection of goods. Was looking for a laser thermometer for the bbq so I went to the bbq section. But it was actually in the tools section. Dont understand why.

Hardware store on duty refused to refund a faulty product, less than 2 hours after my hubby bought it. He even accused hubby damaged the tool although my hubby hadn't even used it yet!

The lady who took care of checking out at garden center today really “amused” me by her interesting attitude. Her greeted very warmly to the European customer in front of me, chatting, smiling like a flower, more fresh than most of the flowers in your shelf. However, it’s my turn, her face suddenly frozen. She even didn’t look at my eyes. Just spoke out the price like a robot lack of power. And no words any more. That’s all right. But when it turn to the customers back of me, all of a sudden, her smile and little warm talks just came back! Of course, they were a group of European customers as well. How impressive! I got some fresh and vivid social observations for my study from your store. Thanks a lot!

Very good -got everything I wanted however customers were getting frustrated with the length of queues. You need to add more checkout operators as not everyone can go out through the self checkouts.

Worst bunnings store around,

I went in to get a PE pipe coupler, the cashier spend 10minutes and could not find it in the system. After I grabbed the product code for her from their website, she tried to charge me for two items because she could disassemble the end caps counting each as a separate item.

A little employee training would go a long way.

I would hate to think what would happen to someone who needed help with their home projects at this store.

We designed and ordered our new kitchen using the Kaboodle design service from Bunnings in Botany. Ben who was in charge of our order was FANTASTIC. He was so helpful, respectful and gave us so much attention! Our kitchen looks amazing. The Kaboodle programme, with the amazing support from Ben couldn't be faulted. An amazing option for building a new kitchen. Thanks Ben!

My experience was very very very bad. I try to have conversation with store manager, instead of another team member showed up and declined my request completely regarding goods return. That goods are totally resaleble without package.

The staff name was Txx, wasn't very helpful. Mr. Txx said that is company policy.

Luckily, Bunnings munkau city did a big favour, they helped me and reselected another goods, also did exchange without any questions.

All Bunnings are fully owned by australia, I guess they should have same policy. Maybe I was lucky treated better in munkau store, or there is no writing policy for goods return.

Try other stores if you need to go shopping, it worth the extra 10mins drive I promise.

I have been there several times recently, it is the worst Bunnings I have ever been. And I will definitely not visit again. The stocks are a mess, either out of stock or placed in the wrong place (the door hardware). The information desk is not helpful at all, you can clearly feel the attitude "I don't care if I can help you, I'm getting paid anyway. "

The first time I went there to hire a carpet cleaner, the man at the information desk just simply tell me I can't do this because I don't know-how, I say why don't you call your supervisor and he says both of them are not at work today (it was 9 am in the morning), so I can't do it.

And then my brand new Ryobi charger just broke down after the first time I use it, I went there for a warranty, again they let me wait for more than half an hour and keep telling me there will be someone here to do the warranty, AGAIN no one shows up and they just simply tell me we can't do it because the staff has gone home!

This store definitely needs some staff training for their information desk service, especially for that guy with a beard and glasses.

This is my ‘go to’ place for anything diy. Well stocked and good selections available. Staff are generally nice except for a few. Timber cutting service can be a hit and miss as most times I went there, it’s not available. Last time I asked, the saw was not working and when I asked when it will be back I was told “it will be when it’s fixed”.

Cheap products, good range but zero customer service, I suppose that's the trade off. Staff don't appear to be interested and walk around like Zombie's, oblivious to customers needs, could not to care less. I genuinely feel sorry for them, to be that miserable in a job must be very taxing.

Not a good shopping experience at Bunnings, staff not helpful and didnt understand what I needed, went to Mitre 10 in stead, got what I was looking for.

The staff are great, the store is always well stocked. I really enjoy going to this store. They have a nice cafe & playground for kids to play.

Just been here to beat the price. The first cashier said the item I tried to beat the price is $204. After I showed them my price, another cashier said its $203 so they're already cheaper. What a scam! I dont understand why they're trying to do lowest price in the country even they cant do.

Always easy to find what I'm looking for or the staff know exactly where everything is. Great range of options and prices for each item. Helpful friendly staff as always.

Great service, awesome products. Love that there is a toilet.the little one always needs to go toilet so it's quite handy. The part is great as well
