Bunnings Warehouse Botany reviews
53 Best hardware store ever, a handyman's dream. Great place for gardeners too.
Get all my building supplies here and on the two occasions when I needed to return/ exchange something it was absolutely no hassle, thank you Bunnings.
We are spoilt for choice at this store! It has everything you need for the DIY person. We certainly do love coming here, the staff are super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable.keep up the awesomeness Bunnings!
They always have better selection, stock availability and awesome customer service compared to the Manukau branch.
Greeter on the door pointed me straight to the bird repellent I was looking for. Tick. Checkout was super easy and fast too. Great store.
Great range at reasonable prices.
Staff I've met are helpful and knowledgeable, although sometimes that knowledge may be a bit thin at times.
The store is well-managed, where while they do have "trolley blockers" in the aisles, they are not as frustrating as other Bunnings stores (e.g. Messy Manukau), where trying to push a trolley (especially the larger ones) can be a very frustrating experience.
Not up to the usual standard of service. The young shop assistant in the gardening section was more interested in being on her phone. Love this store so this won't put me off because most assistants are great.
Went in on a Saturday and I understand that weekend are usually busy but I wasn’t sure which aisle for the product I’m looking for and needed a little advices so I asked this sales lady on the floor but she looks like she wasn’t interested at all and i can sense that she’s rushing to serve me and I felt intimidated the way she looked at me so I walked out and went back to my local mitre10 to get all the infos and services I’m after.
Great place to wander even for females. Has lots to look at.
Wish they had a better cafe like mitre10.
The cafe they have looks like its for staff as its very small and cramped with no variety.
For this reason only we prefer to shop mitre10
However on a busy day getting out of the car park is a mission. I put this down to poor layout design. Only one exit endless bottleneck issues
Useless staff, they have no product knowledge at all.
And quite often the usual stock is incomplete.
Thanks for watching me load 25 x 22kg tiles and then push the 550kg trolley and unload everything into my car without any offer for help. Apparently chasing each other around and giggling was more important for the 6 nearby staff members. Terrible customer service.
Great; as always. Very helpful staff member; but a shame Bunnies didn't have a plastic patch repair kit we were after.
Staff REALLY needs better knowledge regarding stock. 3 different ppl sent me to 3 different locations for 1 product.
