Bunnings Warehouse Mt Wellington reviews
56Amazing experience. We ordered a vacuum machine during lockdown L4. They delivered next day! No complaints about the "lockdown effect", nothing. Precise, fast, with proper communication at every step. Well done, Bunnings, and please keep going!
Quick visit to purchase some gutter clips.staff member was helpful and directed me to the correct aisle. Stock levels reported were correct. Overall, it's a decent sized store tucked out of the way off the Mt Welligton highway, which is always so busy so leave your visits for the weekend if you can.
I went to the Mt Wellington store trade entrance to buy timber and flooring last night. The staff there were so helpful. Very refreshing and polite. Well done
Love to look in here and get stuff for diy, the staff are pretty good and the isle staff really know what theyre on about most the time!
So many rude, unhelpful staff. Stand around talking in their own language. Ignore customers rather than approaching them and offering service. When you ask where something is, they point and mumble. They certainly won't take you and show you.
This is a second time i had bad experiance at Bunnings, i needed help with lightings section and I requested two different staff who asked for a help but no staff appeared, i had to wait for 20 minutes to get help and finally I had to give up. Such a massive store, huge staff but sadly no one's there to help!
Always enjoy coming here. I take myself on dates. On this visit I had my teen, who wouldn't let me look around! I will be leaving the kids at home in the future
Bunnings is always a great experience and I love taking the kids. From the kiddy trolleys to the playground area and the small cafe, its fantastic. Staff are always friendly and the prices are for the most part great. Easily kill 2 hours on a Saturday morning with the kids amd get all the DIY goodies we need.
Usually very good Customer Service but well below standard with Service staff standing away from registers with long line of Customers waiting.
Great service and very friendly staff. They have pretty much everything you are looking for. Talk to friendly staff they will help and direct you to find the things you want.
Not a regular shopper here on the Norm, but defz the place i go to for those quick pickups. Bunnings People are always lovely & accommodating with excellent Service. No Fuss! Hassle Free! & you also meet the lovliest of local people with a ready smile & quick little chat on product usuage from their own experiences.
It's great for good prices, shop there almost every week, the odd friendly staff, most are not friendly they need more personality or maybe it is a cultural thing?
Great place.but is you are brown or minority.expect to be watch.very closely. Specially at the check out.make you feel very uncomfortable and I rather go somewhere else.
Really terrible experience with the special order department. Honestly don’t bother. Service is non existent, took three weeks to get hold of the kitchens department to order on the phone (service was so bad in store I stopped going in). Another three weeks and my order arrived and it was wrong. The most unenthusiastic staff I’ve ever seen, they completely ignore and avoid customers. The only positive experience was with Amy from the paint section who was amazing and helped me collect my order and assisted me in getting it in the car.
Just been 45 minutes inside the store waiting for some service, asked for help twice one on help desk one on Trade account desk to find a product, no one absolutely no one shows up when they called. Useless staff, I am a tradesmen, with a Bunnings Trade Account, Useless staff, terrible service
Service on friday could have been better, hardly any staff on, they were inexperienced they couldn't work the phone app so had to leave empty handed
This is our local Bunnings and I regularly come down here for all my housing project needs. Parking is always easy and the shopping experience at this Bunnings is always great. Staff are helpful.
Found what we were looking for
Huge amount of stuff we have to take help from the customers service but at end found what we came to buy.
So many exciting things i get many ideas for various projects after i visit here. Project never completed at end due to me being inexperienced Hahha
Good place for handyman i guess
I suspect the staff at Bunnings are not paid enough to care.
Not that they're rude, but they just don't put much effort in.
I get it, working for low pay for some huge corporation is a bit soul destroying.
Good variety of products at competitive prices and friendly, helpful staff. It has a decent size garden centre which has checkouts on its own gate which makes life easier. Definetly recommend.
