Bunnings Warehouse Mt Wellington

The members of staff we spoke to were awesome even the poor guy who was quite busy and had a small line of people waiting he was all about the customer and knew his product very hard off to him thanks bunnies

Great staff! Great for kids with cool indoor playground right next to cafe. They always seam to have face painting or craft work shops or bouncing castles or something extra for the kids. Good trade departments too. Good work guys!

We were there last Sunday. A gentleman named Brennan was wonderfully helpful. He was so patient to help us find the suitable product. 6 star service.

I was in and out really quickly because of the help of a friendly staff member. Bunnings usually offers really good customer service.

Very helpful staff, and great prices. We went in to buy a plant and came out with a patio set as well!

Poor service nobody to serve and cashier seemed bothered when asking about something she should know won't support this branch again aargh

All good aside from being asked for a receipt leaving the garden section to look at.the stuff on display outside the garden section. Dont have stuff outside garden section if that is how you treat customers. Maybe try 'can i help you" "yes please i just want to look at the vege on sale outside"

Love this place, been coming here since it opened & the first one in Manukau, spent thousands of $$$, so much better than Mitre10.

Bought a water blaster and it had issues within warranty so they replaced it. Also good value products. Who doesn't love taking their dogs to Bunnings?

Excellent large format store, good service but the plant section was not well managed as many sad plants. Perhaps it's not as popular as other place foe flower plants.

The interior layout is a spooky mirror image of my local Bunnings. It's just Bunnings, exactly as you'd expect it.

Great trip to Bunnings. Able to ask a staff member where and item was and he knew the exact place. While looking a second staff member asked if we were ok and offered some different options. Checking out was easy and fast. A very different experience to the usual from Bunnings.well done

I went to buy a Ryobi water blaster. The young man serving on the floor was very friendly and accommodating to me and the other customers. We all wanted a product stacked above the shelves. He moved the bigger ladder around with a smile and provided the service standard Bunnings wants. Nice layout

Have just left the store has taken 20 mins to pay as normal with this store loads of staff none working on the tills then to have my receipt snatched out of my hand van checked then slam the door
the better option is to go to miter ten

Bunnings has so many nice staff but never enought staff Serving on the counters.
Allways have to wait to pay.

I love this shop but today it was very disappointing. It's a Sunday afternoon and you would think that they would have plenty of staff helping customers. Wrong! Just a few young, pleasant kids. I waited 20 minutes in the garden area for someone. It was 4pm and packed with people but no staff at all.
