Bunnings Warehouse Mt Wellington

I purchased an Orzito sprayer from Bunnings Mt Wellington. When I went to use it, it had already been partially assembled. When I put paint inside and went to spray, paint gushed out of a small hole in the container from the air pressure.
Obviously someone had returned this and they put this back on the shelf for me to buy.

Not what it once was, departments always empty of staff. Have been multiple times to to arrange and collect a special order, department is always empty. Other staff tell you who you need to find, that doesn't help.

Only giving one star as you cannot give zero stars. Had a very bad experience with this branch and a staff member who was very rude and condescending. Wont be darkening their doorway again.

Great stocked store, went online to check if the items I was looking for was in stock and to my delight I got what I was looking for

Favourite place to shop, everything is pretty easy to find and if you can't there are always staff members happy to help out

Terrible service today. One of the service staff even removed his badge as he knew he was in the wrong. Terrible experience trying to get our timber cut by this guy.

Quite rude and unhelpful staff members. Almost all seem to be disinterested in the customer and just would not help. Keep pointing to someone else to find a simple product. After searching for sometime, left store, feeling frustrated. The worst Bunnings store I have ever been in.

The past 2 times I have not been able to go into the trade area and have had to wait 30mins plus to get the timber down that I need.

Most things can be purchased here at a bargain price! The staff member at the door is useful for directions to a particular section.

Staff not the friendliest. Might have just been a morning thing but customers are your job. Treat them with respect and be friendly.

I was firstly made to feel very welcome by someone at the entrance and then stunned by how well stocked it was, except for what I wanted However the person I asked was very helpful. I'll be back!

I love taking the kids to the weekend activities they do and went to a free mothers day event it was great thankyou Bunning's mt Wellington

Decent range but the staff are not the most helpful. Was looking for dehumidifier related products (no electric) and the two staff members I asked sent me from pillar to post.

Very difficult to find knowledgeable staff here. Especially over the week ends. And when you are fortunate to find someone, good luck in getting the right product for your solution?
This is particularly relevant with tiling, waterproofing and plumbing, best to go with plumbing experts that can give you the right products and right advise.

No service as per normal went to mitre 10 at least u can get served there from someone who knows what they are talking about

9.30 am, 20/6/19, drill bits counter.it just so disrespectful when u give your drivers license to the cashier in her hands and when she finish with it she just put it in the bench just like rubbish for u to pick it and you have to grab your rubbish license + your rubbish drill bits from her side of the counter. That’s customer service.

Mostly a good place to visit with helpful staff. Was a bit let down today with 3 staff members talking among themselves. One using his phone. This isn't usual but it was disappointing.

They had what we needed and good aisle signage so we found what we were there for without needing to ask for help. Really cheap prices too.

I am a truck driver. 7.12.18 did delivery to this bunnings.it took a hour to unload 7 packets of timber.they would not move anything for me so i could get my truck out.just rude an very unhelpful.just bloody arrogant went to my next delivery of 14 packets 18 minutes to unload an with me opening an closing curtains on truck.
