Wish could be no stars here that’s what they deserve rude staff i preset the pump to $30 and it continues couldn’t stop i looked back it came to $60 and even after their mistake they refused usually i don’t do negative reviews but here’s one for rude staff. Hopefully nobody ever going to meet across staff like this.

Unbelievable rude customers service from an Indian punjabi guy.
I come here quite often never seen this and never expirence this before.
Its shame but never coming back
I wish owner atleast look into this else definitely gonna impact business.

Awesome customer service except for the female staff early morning which I was surprised about, she definitely doesn't want to be there and doesn't fit the service I usually get there. But otherwise my experience with the guys there is always top notch which is why I always fill up there. Prices in my experience don't get hiked up they're usually the cheaper or average price range for petrol prices.

Sales lady do not want to put 2 cubes of ice on my long black says they dont have ice cubes but they sell iced offee ver big sign "try our $6 iced coffee" great coffee but bad service.

One of the worst petrol stations to get worst customer service. The lady at the counter was so rude and arrogant to solving a problem that I had with the pump, clearly looks like she didn’t wanna be there.

It has been the worst experience ever! I went there today after work, I paid before I pumped. I told the staff (name is called Rajat) put $50 dollar 95 for number 10. Then, I went back to my car to pump. So after the pump stopped, I started the car and was going to leave.

The Staff Rajat came out and yelled very loudly said I didn’t pay, and I can’t leave. I felt really insulted at that time, because everyone in the station was looking at me. I told him I have paid before I pumped, he needs to check it. He still higher his voice and firmly said I didn’t pay! I told him again need to go back to the counter to check it fist then talk to me. After he checked the records (shows I have paid) he not even apologise to me, he was still kept arguing with me said I told him is pay $50 for number 12 (but the point is no car was parking at pump number 12), and I filled up the car at pump number 10.

I was very very angry told him he need to apologise first he put it into the wrong number, second is the signage at the station said pay before pump, I did paid before I pump. I told him I am happy to pay the rest if I filled my car this time, which is not a problem at all, but he shouldn’t yell at me like that at front of everyone.

I asked him, may I talk to his manager? He said manager is not there today. I can call back to talk to the manager another time, but this was definitely not his fault! His attitude was very bad, and when I went back to the counter to pay the rest, the other staffs were all standing there and looking at me and talking, I felt really really really uncomfortable.

If the Caltex management level can hear me here, I strongly recommend you should consider to provide your staffs a proper customer service training and a language course to let them understand the pronunciation between the number of 10 and 12.

I look forward a response for formal apologies and would like to know how Caltex managers handle the matters.

Customer service at this station is terrible.

They won't let you top up without going in-store first to ask for permission to top up. What a waste of my time.

Customer service down the drain first guy answers his phone half way through serving me and walks away then they haven't removed last week's specials if the tickets still up you legally have to sell it for that price I know Ive worked plenty of retail. Person behind the counter was of no help.

Great fuel up spot with an entry from the road side and sylvia park, bit hard to exit out of the road side as there is always traffic there so I'd recommend going out at Sylvia park and using one of their exits were the lights are

People not pleasant they discriminate you and refuse to let you fill up tell u it the rule but u see someone else come and they press fill and they can fill up fuel i will not use this station anymore as they are rude extremely disappointed in they service and it not the first time 3 times I've had to go in and get them to put the pump on so i can fill up yesterday was the last and i will not use the service. You just lost a customer to Mobil fuel station

Went to get gas at 0250am no attendant around pushed bell knocked on window still no one came. I gave up and went somewhere else. This is not the first time this has happened. Won't be back to this service station. They were probably asleep in the office.

Always really great friendly service here. Good access heading towards the motorway heading south, good location to quickly gas up before hitting the road.

You have to be instructive with the staff at night, one staff lied to me one night and said the car wash wasn't working after I was very kind. The next night I asked more firmly and the staff member was forward and ready to help, turned out it was working.unhappy with the night staffs attitude at times and they should pay closer attention to the type of industry their working in a 'service industry', seek work in a different industry if that's not what your willing to do.very disappointed

Right next to the motorway on ramp and Silvia Park, lack of prepay facility at the pump means you have to enter the store to pay
