Caltex - Sylvia Park

It's 2am in the morning service is an absolute dis honor to the Caltex company. Service was very poorly, no friendly attitude towards customer. The staff member was on a personal phone call whilst serving me. How rude can you get. My question to the organisation who pays this guys wages? The clientel that make a effort to stop. COME ON CALTEX DO YOUR PART BY HIRING STAFF THAT WILL GIVE GOOD SERVICE AND MOST OF ALL UP LIFT THE GOOD NAME AND SERVICE THAT WHICH CALTEX HAS SUSTAINED FOR YEARS

The store treats all customers as criminals and makes you pre-pay for your fuel. Get with the times and get people on the forecourt rather than trying to give less than exceptional customer service. Mickey Mouse it is mate behind the counter we’re doing sweet FA

Racial profiling when it comes to unlocking the pump for a filla’up. I fill up here regularly without pre-pay and suddenly it’s someone else and they tell you they “can’t” do it - total BS!

Just don't like they cant let you fill. You have to give an amount. Overall everything else is great.

I came at 2.25am today and the guy with the glasses was nt there for around 15-20 mins. I had to call to the landline to aware him that m standing outside the counter and after he comes his attitude was so casual all he could do is argue that why he was inside and not a word of sorry. If he would have once even apologised i would not write this right now. Waiting in cold for a long time and getting a customer service with the worst approach is upsetting as i am a regular customer.

They got RUDE staff esp Neeraj who does not even know how to talk to a customer. His voice is so loud and he gets bossy then anyone can see that he is not talking but getting mad at you. I have just had the worst experience ever here. Already lodged a formal complaint about him. Never go this one.he will spoil your day and then will say it looks like you are having a bad morning. Ridiculous

I was served by happy, he was very helpful, is really good with customers and is always smiling. Which is why i give your store 5 stars. Keep up the good work

Itis holiday period. Your air pump is broken. Really dissapointed. I think you guys removed the end cap of the pump. Sad

The last two times i have been served by a gentleman texting while taking my payment, its extremely rude and bad customer service.

As far as gas stations go, this one is a pretty good option in the area. It's consistently got some of the cheaper prices and with lots of pumps it's not too hard to avoid busy times. The staff are friendly, helpful and quick. There's also a lot of food options inside for those who need a quick snack.

Best Caltex I've been to ever. Friendly Staff. Full range of products. Need subway? They have you covered. Need a quick Jesters pie? They got that too.

Came for a quick carwash. Machine stopped halfway thru, but the staff attended to us immediately after 2 honks. Thank you so much!

It's a gas station, you drive in and get gas, pay for it, then go. Always make sure that you pay for it.

Always a good place to pop in to on my way home from work, for some petrol and a Picnic bar or 3. Friendly staff, clean and tidy premises, and from what I have observed, some of the cheaper petrol prices available in my area. And there is a Subway co-located in the shop.

Usually the cheapest fuel around the local area. Further good discounts using the free AA Smartfuel card.
