Chikos Restaurant & Cafe

We absolutely loved this place the service was so friendly and inviting and the food was AMAZING! My partner said it was the best meal hes ever eaten in Auckland and hes been to hundreds of restaurants

Chikos is a wonderful gastronomic experience in the West. So if you haven't been there, book now and don't double guess. You will be amazed just as we always do.

Good was excellent, really good.
Service was.slow, not really attentive, maybe a bad night or new staff as I am told it is normally better.

This place was amazing. The food is beautiful and well as tasty. Definitely recommend. The owner is very cool and involved too.

Looking for a different place and found this. Had the platter and the ribs. (Pics are of the ribs and venison). It's different but worth the step out of my comfort zone. Will definitely do this again.

Lovely warm atmosphere. Delicious food. And the most friendly, warm welcoming staff we have ever met! Looking forward to coming back.

The food here is pretty good, the service was also on the whole, very good. The deconstructed Sushi/Sashimi was the highlight of our meal. The Confit duck special was very tender, mostly pretty tasty. The Pork hock was a fraction dry. Our only real issue of the night, was the Virgin Mojito which arrived in a small glass, less than half full. I did politely raise it, but was told it was how it was served and normal. For $9 I don't consider that even remotely reasonable. I'd return, but wouldn't order mocktails again.

Very good food and service, Chiko is a lovely and welcoming host. They are very hospitable for all dietary requirements. Vegan and Vegetarian friendly!

Haven't been here for a certain time.
Always good value for money. Foods are fantastic and having surprises.
Desserts are a must having, it's a pity that if you missed the Desserts.

Good place at West but second time I got tummy upset eating their seafood dishes. My friend had a similar experience too

Good service and food, even the presentation of the dessert we did enjoy. Even the staff and owner was very polite to our toddler.

Only downside was when it was time to pay the bill we were gonna split it with our friends. When I pointed out that the price was incorrect the lady at the till rudely gave me a calculator and said to me to recompute our order. It did turn out that it was overcharged. My wife even saw the lady looked annoyed when giving me the calculator. It was such a shame that the night had to end that way and we might not go back because of this experience.

Great good, the flavor is definitely amazing. We know the price is quite high, but looks like pretty worthy, fare enough with very hospitable service. Yummy As.

Great Hidden Gem on Lincoln Road, 5 Star food and service at a reasonable price. Customer service is excellant, greeted at the door and made to feel like a VIP. If you want an experience, treat yourself or impress the other half look no further, book, book, book you will find yourself telling evrybody.
