77Do not use this company! Have been waiting on a credit for 6 months and no replies to my emails. Appalling service.
Stay away from Compass! They are impossible to reach by email or phone! Still waiting for them to set up power and broadband since September but have already taken out money! Worse service ever!
Absolutely appalling service. Tried to set up additional connection at new house, but Compass doesn't seem to realise that people can own 2 houses and disconnected the service at the first house. Tried to phone, but no one is there to take your call, so left message as instructed, of course no one called back. Cancelling my subscription. Suggest everyone does the same.
Worst company to deal with. They over charge. Takes month or 2 to get connected (which you likely will be billed for). Invoicing and billing is a mess. Staff are unhelpful and everything seems like it's staged to cost you more money (you can only use our modems which cost 100). I had a near $300 bill and didn't have internet yet. Run

Been on hold pretty much for 2 days, I rang first thing this morning and still on hold now. I also emailed them yesterday with no response, been with them for four years now but the customer service as of recently has became terrible.
Wouldn't recommend. Took a while to get set up. Had random fees deducted and nobody can tell me what they were for. Have not had any response to any written communication - have had verbal conversations but super hard to get anything in writing.
Also had someone try to rip me off after only being connected for less than 12 hours. Was told my mesh wifi router would not be compatible and that I would need to have one sent by them ($100) and that I would need to upgrade to a more expensive plan.
If i could give a 0/5* I really would.
The Longest call line, I have waited 2hrs & 45mins, most days 50+mins.
Charges are all over the place very poor communication except for 1x worker I vouch for. Generally they rush to get you off the phone poor customer service, the help/assistance I recieve is never clear enough, and alot off main informational info is missed. Over charged. Most importantly the worse broadband company I have ever had.
When I make enough I'll be moving off to another broadband connection. Forget this compass!
Also help online (6hrs) for reply is a joke.
Even though my calls sometimes don't come through but automatic payment for WiFi and Ur good to go. Ive been with u guys for 4 years Going onto 5. Customer service has improved heaps over 2 years. I think they have new girls now not the same Chinese lady
This company is disgusting the do not believe in answering my calls, I've sent emails and get no answer I don't know how there are still operating this is a sad excuse for a business
Worst broadband service I ever had! I Can't believe it they terminated my Broadband one month prior to the termination day! If you treat your customer like that you really should stop doing any business at all! Shame on you
Don't even bother signing up with them. If I could rate it zero stars I would as they weren't helpful at all and always tried to over charge me
This company is unreliable, half of their staff dont even know whats going on and they definately are one of the companies you should avoid and only use them as last option. Not happy at all
Absolutely dismal excuse for a internet provider. My order was completed pn 16th of March it is now the 21st of April and still no modem. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. Absolute nightmare. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY
Honestly I really don't understand the issue. I signed up a month ago then mutable phone calls. Hours upon hors wasted. I keep getting told someone will contact me " tomorrow " or my internet will be installed "tomorrow " honestly if I did business like this I would be out of business in no time. Even tried contacting the ceo to ask for help. No reply. Really wish I had red these reviews before paying the deposit. I'm more than willing to change my review once something is done. But for now. WOREST EXPERIENCE EVER! Promised install in 2 weeks it's been 5 weeks of nothing but hell. Common guys get it together. Yes I know we had to change the type of internet etc but no one actually told me that. After sending your company an invoice for my wasted time I finally had someone come back to me stating that apparently only vdsl is available. I hate doing bad reviews, however I don't know what else to do. Change my mind compas! SORT IT OUT.
Beware of this company! As they don't reply the support requests, they will start you on what appears to be a good monthly rate and then start increasing the rate without notifying you.
Worst of all they have over charged and taken money out of my account without notification. Take my advise choose another provider!
I really wanted to give 0 rating as this is the poorest service I’ve received ever, been calling since yesterday and no answer at all.twice i was cut off or maybe 3 times️ omg made a 2nd call this morning and guess what, I was cut offthen they txt through a link to chat online what a whole lot of wasted time. Compass️ i think your compass is broken.
Slow internet trying to call from one hour no one in customer service to receive my call. Not happy
Reliable internet service provider that also provides a landline service. I received a high speed trial for free and so far is pretty good. Although I thought no noticeable difference in service I appreciate the sentiment
If i could give no stars I would. The worst customer service I have experienced. Asked for a final reading that wasn't carried out and they expect us to pay an estimate that is more than the final reading they didn't carry out. They are at fault and refuse to change it. Stay well away from this company
