77Have been given a user name and password that do not work, no response to my emails, been waiting on hold for almost 2 hours now. Have been signed up to the incorrect plan however i have no way of changing it and appear to be stuck with it for 2 years which i NEVER agreed to! Super shady unprofessional people!
Our fibre service was cut over to Compass last week. The service from the Compass tech team was excellent and we had minimal disruption during the cut over from our old provider. We are finding the quality of the fibre service to be very good.
This has quite honestly been the worst internet provider we have ever dealt with. Why does the internet go down so often? Why can you NEVER get hold of anyone? If you have a problem with service, why can't someone leave a message on the voicemail so customers can see that there is an issue and not becoming frustrated with being unable to contact anyone.over and over again! We WILL be changing providers and would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Dealing with this internet provider is rediculious. Customer service is the poorest of all. I would not recommend siging up to this provider I would give them a no star rating.
They are such scammers it's unbelievable. Do not sign with them. This company is scammers at it's best.
Almost two hours waiting for someone to pickup my call.and still waiting! I can't believe how bad the service is going
Compass fibre is great, it's reliable and just works, customer care is responsive and based in NZ.

The Agents when needed have been prompt and efficient with
good mannerism and patience in answering any problems that we had.
I trust they will maintain this philosophy to the future with going from strength to strength
Ive recently got the unlimited fiber package and ive got to say for general web surfing and videos its good apart from the connection dropping every so often Now i don't if its just my playstation but for online gaming its terrible. And customer service really abysmal right now ive been on the phone 6,5 and 4 in the queue for over 2 hours if i was ringing spark or Vodafone the wait would be no where near this long.
Got Fibre installed recently. Fast speed, good quality, customer care team is very helpful. Recommend compass communication!
Customer service for business is not great. Have been waiting over a week for a reply to an email I sent and nobody answers the phone when I call.
Worst company every! Do not get internet with them, I wish there was a negative stars button! Tried to set up a new fibre connection about a month ago and it still hasn't been organized now. They have taken my money but I haven't had contact from them since. I've been on hold today for an hour and 40 minutes and I'm now calling it quits, tried calling then on different numbers on multiple occasions but theres just no answer! How does a company like this even survive?
Recently upgraded to fibre and that was a like a breeze. No issues at all, great communication and always kept in the loop about the work carried out. Totally hassle free. Five star service and quality. Thanks.
Set up internet for my parents. Excellent service / price / delivery and helped fix problems not caused by them to make it the best solution possible
Efficient, dedicated and customer focussed. Stayed on the phone until the modem issue was sorted even though it was a weekend.:)
Spoke with Matthew he fixed the issue in under 15 minutes was amazed at how much passion he put into it and answering all questions.my flat have had an issue with internet dropping in and out and had multiple others look at the issue, but Matthew has fixed it on friday and its still running great, From now on any issues i will ask to speak with him.
We recently upgraded to fibre when moving house, Compass was awesome, sent us the already configured modem so we just had to plug it in and go. Everything done exactly as promised. Great experience with them!
