It's just a phone enquiry for the cost price. Also with the reviews, I would turn up for the service. But Why would you lift the phone and hang up without talking? If you are busy either don't answer or say to hold on for a min. No matter how busy you are please answer the phone and be polite for customers to walkin.

Went in for a motorcycle wof and failed initially but the team were so helpful and professional, went back in later once id fixed the issue and passed. I will be back time and time again, in the futute. Great to see the standards being followed and endorsed, great job guys!

The ladies in the office are lovely and efficient, but the inspectors are arrogant while also taking great delight in messing your day up. I took 2 hours off work to pop in for a motorcycle recheck for a tail light. The one staff member that is legally able to sign off a motorcycle was away for the whole day. When I showed up they walked up to me and said "We're not inspecting bikes today" and walked off. I explained I just needed a tail light checked, response "The bike inspector is away, we can't do it"
Normally I would just move on, but their attitude prompted me to request a refund so that I could go to another local WOF inspection provider. At this point "Pete the Pr#*K" stepped in and took great delight in informing me that they had done their job in inspecting the bike and the recheck was my problem not his.
Regardless of the fact that their website states
A free recheck within 28 days
Open 9-5 on that day
inspecting everything from bikes, cars to trucks etc.

Awesome customer service and awesome team working on cars have had trouble with wof places before but not here will come here from now on thanks team!

They do a good job and friendly but way to slow. Last 2 visits both took 1 hour plus. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Quick fast service and very friendly staff. Bonus us that they don't do repairs so you know when they something needs fixed that it actually does!

Went to VTNZ Westgate. Failed WOF because of something wrong with the engine mount. Went to a Mechanic got a quote.
Went to another mechanic they said nothing was wrong.
Came here for WOF and passed easily. Will be back again.

Staff are always pleasant. They do everything regos etc. The best time to go is in the morning when they first open otherwise you'll be in for a bit of a wait.

Ignore the older reviews (which MAY be true) - the station was taken over by "Drivesure" (who I'd never heard of) some time in 2014 I think. I was amazed by the difference. Service is an obviously intentional part of the experience. They streamline the customer experience as much as possible. Testing is thorough and obviously finding problems is their job. Overall I am immensely impressed (so far anyway). I have no relationship with them except as a satisfied customer.

Do not take your car here. It is expensive and the mechanic was rude, impatient and ignorant. I aksed for a refund even before he tested it and went across the road to a small garage called Quality Auto Repairs where it cost 20% less, and they were pleasent and quick.

Called to make an appointment, lady that answered said none needed just turn up. Got there, asked for WOF, paid and waited for no more than 20 minutes. The man that handed it back over gave me said it was in a solid state but recommended I proactively get some lights looked at. Will definitely be coming back. Cheers team.
