Used this company before many years ago and called upon them again last year to do a moss spray on the roof.

After some disappointments with 3 false starts / no shows along with a price quote irregularity, 2 of their roofers eventually came along Jan 2023 and did a good job with moss spraying on my roof. Appears they introduced a new booking/scheduling system which has resulted in some frustrations to both customers and their own frontline staff in the last year or so. This resulted in me having to repeatedly chase up via Email, text and calls (Came very close to cancelling the contract entirely).

Job was completed within an hour. No issue whatsoever with their frontline staff who were pleasant to deal with and answered any questions I had. The company however will need to sort their back end systems and work on their communication as according their own field staff, they've had multiple complaints of the same issues from other customers.

Got them to fix a leak last year. The guy apparently replaced a tile. The roof started leaking again from exactly same place. Looks like they don't know what they are doing.

Partner paid for roof clean and repair of roof. It took them 6 attempts to repair the roof and clean it. The roof now still leaks and they left the moss in the gutters. The branch manager makes false promises they will come and fix it They are a joke and rip off merchant. They would not know how to fix a roof or clean it.

Very friendly and polite guys cleaned and inspected our roof. They were professional, thorough and cleaned up well before they left. Highly recommended.

The representative told us that the $450 price will cover TWO visits for cleaning the roof. This was misleading as we received the second bill after the second visit. Trying to email the company twice there was no reply at all. I paid the second bill but this is not right.
I don't think we will deal with Edwards and Hardy in the future

I'm very happy with the work done but the scheduling and communication was pretty haphazard. I had to ring them after the scaff had been up for a week or so and ask if someone was coming to do the actual work. After the work I had to ring again after a week or so and ask for the scaff to be taken down. Then I had to ring again and ask for the safety wrapping to be removed. Everyone was pleasant and the work is great but.it was a lot of chasing.

Excellent service, everything was explained, service was on time and follow up complete! Would certainly recommend getting in touch with Grant.

They came around without knowing, they used our water (water restrictions) were here 30 mins and sprayed something on our roof $475, to be fair that’s 6 plus months ago and have noticed nothing different, could have got something from wet and forget cheaper

Roofguard Moss Removal Treatment. Photos taken on the day of the treatment and photos taken over three months later show the roof in the same condition, if not worse. We were informed that it would be 3-4 months before any change would be noticed but we do not see any difference.

Had Edwards & Hardy inspect and treat my roof at my own place and our commercial building. Turned up when they said they would and did an amazing job.

Disrespectful and unprofessional, completely trashed my friend’s driveway and threatened him. When my friend called to complain, the person who picked up at head office- they denied that their workers were stationed in his area.

Just moved into new house. Asked for baseline inspection of tiles, mortar, gutters, number of down pipes. Also moss treatment and wash patio roof. They did the house next door.

I had decramastice roof treated for moss and a gutter clean done early December 2020.
I wasn’t home during this service but I found a whole lot of stone chips from the roof dumped in my garden. This is the old decramastic type and is toxic waste.
I did complain by phone and the person told me that usually gutter waste is left in the garden which is fine if it is only leaf and muddy stuff. I was not impressed with the service I got and would not use them again.

We had very bad experience with this company. They promised us to clear the moss. However, after spending twice on cleaning roof twice, it still not cleaned. They also did job without our permission. It’s very unprofessional and lack of quality. Plus, very bad customer experience. Definitely not recommend this company.

Received sound advice for roof maintenance. Had roof inspection and moss removal treatment along with a house wash. Great job.

We used this company for my previous home, was a great experience and decided to ask them again to do our current home, but this time totally changed! They definitely ruined their brand name and reputation. 1) Sales brought other client ‘s the quote and plan to my home that was very expensive and even threatened me if I did not fix my roof immediately 2) Schedule extended three times, 3) sent a subcontractor the fourth time who totally had no idea about the work, made phone call and left in 10 minutes. 4) I called their manager to cancel the work, he was rude and show no care, no responsibility at all. 5) they deducted around $460 from my deposit for cleaning my roof, that is okay, but the whole process was less than 10 minutes, I really doubt they washed the whole roof as I see no any obvious change. Thinking of that this charge is too much!
