Roof came up clean. Clean up by workers was a bit messy.lots of splashes on windows. They need to follow up, as they said they would on some roof issues that they had identified (broken concrete pointing)

Great service. They use good products for roofing treatment. I have been using Edward and Hardy since 2001. Have to book a few months in advance due to a long wait list so that you can get the roof treated on time. It’s worth the wait.

The company recently re-roofed our 1880s cottage. The work involved some difficulty, but was completed to a high standard in keeping with the building style. We are very pleased with the result.

Wouldn't recommend Edwards and Hardy. Unreliable, DONOT communicate well, as in not returning calls. Been waiting months. There are just as good roofing people out there, so recommend using them. Had to give them one star, which they don't deserve to get the review out there

Is it fair to charge the call out fee when my roof work had no leakage issues -it was only after the work on the roof was done a few months ago
that there was a leakage problem. Is this how you take care of your customers by fleecing them of their hard earned dollars. Shame on you for making such claims!

Don't fool by their brochure! You will need several treatments to achieve it. They didn't tell us before they start the work. I was expecting same result as it shows on brochure. Price is dear and not worth it.

Excellent service, EH have protected my 1950s glazed tile roof for years and it's looking mint.

I have been a customer of E & H for many years both at my previous abode and my current abode.
I find their workmanship once on the job is ok however their operating system is absolutely shocking.
My roof was moss removal treated on 12.5.2016. My understanding is that within 12 months you should apply a moss proofing treatment to 'seal' the tiles and help prevent regrowth. On 22.4.2017 I receive a phone call from commission agent Evan to say this will happen shortly. He does this without an inspection (thought that should be part of his brief) as to the roof condition (makes his money easily) then sends me an account in the mail. Having heard nothing I phoned EH on 7.6.2017 and spoke with a Sue who told me that the operator for my area Carl would get back to me within a week. I discussed with her the fact that there was now a lot of fresh young growth. Guess what. It is now 7.7.2017 and I have heard nothing! Guess what. The new fresh growth has had a ball in the last couple of months. Please get your act together E & H.

Initially contacted them 8 WEEKS AGO, (mid April by email), with numerous bad water leaks in our roof (even though they had come and done a yearly inspection two months prior and had said roof was fine). Took 3 weeks and me ringing a dozen times to get someone out to do a temporary repair (which fortunately worked/is still holding) because we are now 5 weeks down the road and I still haven't got a quote from them to actually fix the roof! Have rung every week/been directed to a different person every time who tells me that, once I have received their quote, and accepted it, then there will then be another 2-3 week leadtime, minimum, before roof can actually be repaired properly. STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THE QUOTE.
